I bought this product to add extra storage for my PS4 instead of buying a new PS4 with a larger internal HD. Extremely easy to install and the capability to be able to install games on the External HD is exactly what I was looking for.

all you do is plug it in the usb ports in the back (only one will work, forget which one) and now you have more room to download games/apps with that extra terabyte+
