My vet suggested this shampoo for my dog with sensitive skin. I can get it here for less than the vet with the same effects.

I have used this on our dog that experiences crazy allergies (hair loss, itching, redness, etc.) and the positive effects have been nothing short of amazing. Our vet recommended this product as we had tried do many others with little to no avail. This stuff seemed to work immediately. Shortly after purchasing, our cat contracted feline acne and was being driven crazy by itchiness... so, I decided to take a damp wash cloth with a small drop of this in it to do a quick wipe down of the affected areas. It seemed to provide significant relief and allowed for enough time to head into the vet for additional needed medications. This shampoo works! If your pet is suffering from itchiness, just buy it and use as directed. Skin conditions are no joke. Be sure to have a veterinarian check into the reasons for the skin condition as there are some really potentially bad health conditions that reflect via skin and hair issues.

ordered this to pair with a virbac shampoo we use on our dog who has a severe skin condition, i think following up with this conditioner has really helped his skin feel better & less itchy, for longer between his baths. Well worth the cost since he suffers a lot without it

My dog gets itchy after shaves. This shampoo in conjunction with the Soothing Cream was recommended by our vet, and it works well for itchiness, hot spots, and doesnt smell horrible.

I love this shampoo. I have a dog with extremely sensitive skin, and this is the one shampoo that doesnt irritate him. The ResiCort leave-in conditioner is also amazing. Unfortunately it looks like Virbac has discontinued both of these products, which is really disappointing as I will have to figure out alternatives when this bottle runs out.

Vet recommended, helps my dogs itchy skin

My mother brought this home one day for her Pug that had itchy skin. She got the bottle from her Veterinarian. It worked so well on her Pug I brought it home and washed my 2 Pugs with it. I didn’t think I would find the shampoo on Amazon but I did. It’s good stuff and it works well.

Love this product so far- have bathed our puppy with it twice so far with good results. Leaves his hair soft and clean, smells great and has helped him not to itch afterwards. Price was half of what it was at the vets office.
