> 3 dayTwo problems make my purchase of Viewsonic VG2448-H2 dual pack monitors deeply disappointing. I bought these two monitors from Triplenet Pricing INC on Amazon because they are advertised as having Display Port (DP) connections which is required to, “Daisy chain” them together. When I unboxed them I found they each have only 1 DP connection and cannot be Daisy chained. This limitation should be stated on the product description. I then learned that the seller, “Triplenet Pricing INC” does not follow Amazon’s return policies. Their policy states, quote: “Opened and/or used items cannot be returned unless the item is defective; any items returned used will be subject up to a 50% restocking fee. If your order qualified for Free Shipping, the outbound and return shipping costs incurred by TripleNet pricing will be deducted from your refund.” So, in my case these two monitors that I simply looked at but never used and put right back in the box are not returnable. I messaged Triplenet Pricing INC to clarify what charges they would assess and have received no reply. Hopefully this information will spare others from this monitors limitations and seller, “Triplenet Pricing LLC”.

31-10-2024I’ve been using the Viewsonic VG2448 ergonomic monitor for about a week now and I’m very pleased with it. The set up was quite simple. I usually read written directions, but this time I watched an unboxing video on YouTube. Pretty simple. The picture quality is superior to my old monitor - eight-year-old monitor, actually, so probably not a surprise. What I really like though is that I can move the monitor easily so that I’m comfortable while looking at it. This is a definite upgrade for me.

> 3 dayThis is a very nice monitor with crisp high quality definition. The size is nice and I love the ability to swivel and rotate the monitor if I set up a multi-monitor situation. I was a little bummed that it didnt include DVI input (since one of my machines has a DVI out but not an HDMI out) but I dealt with it. The stand is a decent size as well. I keep hoping for monitor bases to shrink but I know theyve got to hold up the screen stably so its alright. I like the hole in the back of the monitor stand and have used that to feed my cables through as a way to help keep unruly cables from running away. The additional USB port is handy as well.

> 3 dayFirst impression right out of the box, this screen has an incredible picture. I have looked at and tried out five or six other ultra wide screen monitors and this by far has the best picture at this price range. Having said all that, I have it yet to use the monitor for any length of time or for extensive purposes, so I will try to come back and update review after I’ve used it for some period of time.

Greater than one weekI bought this monitor for my HP Z6 workstation, that I use mainly for my 1K to 2K video work used mainly on the Internet and for individual video projects for many organizations that I work with. The large screen is really great when working with highly detailed videos. The adjustable rotating and various tilt angles ergonomic base is a nice feature so a person doesnt have to strain their neck when working long hours on a video project. Although it has multiple connection formats, I use the latest display port connection, which is a nice addition and slightly less cumbersome than the HDMI or the older digital port connections. The images and colors are crisp, bright, and clear without any noticeable imperfections at any angle that lesser quality monitors seem to exhibit. I prefer ViewSonic products due to their great quality. The built-in blue light filter is a nice feature to reduce eye strain during long editing sessions. Overall, Im very happy with this large monitor.

Greater than one weekIt’s very maneuverable - swivels left to right, moves up and down, and even tilts. Big plus when using with a second screen with laptop/Surface given varying heights.
