> 24 hourFor the pricepoint I wanted to buy at, this projector has worked great. I use it every day, and am typing this review on it. I do need to turn on all the shades by day in order to see a clear picture. As other reviews noted, the dark black is so black sometimes the projector is on and I dont even notice (Im guessing theres a screensaver option I havent figured out). I sadly do notice the rainbow effect on this projector when watching high-motion video. I have played computer games on it without the rainbow effect, so I only noticed it on a few action shows I watch. I had no idea what the rainbow effect was before researching it, but basically its a problem that will come with any DLP projector. All in all, the purchase left me wondering if there is a better model for $200-300 more which would have been fine for me to purchase. Overall though I am happy with it and no major complaints. Zero regrets buying a projector though I am sure with as much use as I get from it Ill expect to change the bulb or projector within a few years.

> 24 hourVery happy with this purchase. Video quality is excellent, even though I’m still shooting at a wall. Great for high quality 4K image and very fast refresh rate, looks amazing. I bought a long 4K HDMI cable and connect with a receiver and it works great! After lots of digging, I found it to be comparable with much more expensive 4K units for less. You do need to watch out for placement, as the image can’t zoom or shift much, and put time in to figure out settings, but you will be well rewarded once it’s all in place!

> 24 hourThe project was bright and playback of video was incredibly smooth. With USB-C port, I was able to connect my iPad and MacBook with ease as well as charge my devices at the same time. The image is huge and perfect for my needs when considering a short throw projector.

> 24 hourThe projector was bright with beautiful colors. Enough adjustments to get the picture image to your liking. Unfortunately my eyes are too sensitive to the rainbow effects that are an artifact of the DLP technology. Had to return for a three LCD projector. Otherwise a very good projector for the money.

> 24 hourThis projector has good brightness and contrast I just cant get some of the colors right, maybe its me, also if you are going to use it with firestick you have to use both controls it not use Arc. If you leave in vacation make sure to unplug the power from the wall otherwise in power outage when It comes back the projector turns itself on therefore using lamp hours.

> 24 hourNice full featured projector. Viewsonic has become one of my go to companies for high quality projectors. I use it for Halloween digital decorations on my windows.

> 24 hourIt doesnt seem to have ARC, or at least I cant get it to work. Black levels are not great, especially with default settings. Turning brightness up to 52 helped a lot with being able to see things in the shadows. Turning BrilliantColor down (to ~7 for HDR, ~1 for SDR) helped keep things from looking washed out. The throw distance is long enough that it shouldnt be in front of you for fully immersive size so Ill probably need to do a ceiling mount. At 120 in a dark room at night It seems a bit too bright even on eco mode since the blacks look gray and bright HDR whites can make me squint. A bigger or lower gain screen will probably improve it. I just got a cheap $20 screen from Amazon and I think the gain is around 1.0? Its close to $500 cheaper then the next cheapest 4k projector, so overall Im very happy with it. I did have a poor experience with a 3rd party amazon seller sending the wrong item, but when I finally got the right version its been great.

> 24 hourI purchased this (and a screen) to be able to take on the road for demonstrations and presentations. I dont know anything about projectors, so take this review with a grain of salt. The positives: First, it fits in my (moderately large) backpack with room for my laptop and associated cords and cables. Big plus. Secondly, it doesnt have to be used so that the angle of projection is perpendicular to the screen surface: the projection can be warped somewhat so that the image appears to have been projected along a perpendicular axis even at an angle. Thirdly, you can make out colours quite well in a normally-lit office. Finally, it accepts USB-c input, so if your laptop doesnt have HDMI out, you dont need to faff about with adaptors (which helps avoid looking unprepared). The negatives: First, you do need quite a big backpack - its not portable in a strict sense (nor is it advertised as such, so its not a criticism of the device, just its suitability to my use case). Secondly, the mechanism by which you adjust the image is tricky (at least I found it to be: this is the first time Ive used a projector rather than having the AV guy at hand to compensate for my incompetence): Id allow 10 minutes after positioning the projector and before presenting to get this adjustment right. Thirdly, the focus is hard to get exactly right--for me this is not a big issue, as I dont have text-heavy presentations (mostly charts), but if you plan on people being able to read smallish text, give yourself a good couple of minutes extra to fiddle with it. It has a whole bunch of functionality I havent used, and about which I cant comment, but I imagine its quite good.

> 24 hourColores un poco imprecisos, mucho ruido, buena definición; En definitiva cómo todos los DLP, de estos precios.
