> 24 hourI bought this to make individual quiches. It works great. The cooked quiches come out of the pan so easily and the pan cleans up easily. It is a heavy, so I dont need to worry about warping, and I love that it is made in the USA!!

> 24 hourJust love love love these pans! Ive been in the market for high quality, non-toxic bakeware. I know youre supposed to stay away from aluminum, so the fact that this is considered a good non-toxic option is a little beyond me--BUT supposedly aluminized steel is better/different?? I hope!? Ive tried and tried to understand the science but for now, I am going to trust the folks that consider this way better than normal cheap-y bakeware. USA Pans continue to impress me time and time again-- so thick, sturdy, never any warping, and truly nonstick! Which, again, I thought that you never ever wanted anything nonstick so everything else I own is either glass/pure SS/clay/cast iron etc. But, hard to find fun bakeware in any of those materials. So, I gave in. Im a paleo baking fanatic and just wanted some fun pans! Plus, not like theyre in use every single day - more for treats. Love them all, cant wait to continue growing my collection. So far Ive made peanut butter tarts (used Salted Plains Vegan Peanut Butter Pie recipe and divided between the wells..I think it made 4? Wasnt 6 though, I know that) and Paleo Key lime cheesecakes. Both turned out beautifully and no sticking whatsoever! Would highly recommend this pan (and anything else from them, for that matter!)

> 24 hourThis is a greatTart Pan. Each tart cavity is about 4 1/2 inches at the top and about 4 inches at the bottom. They tart cavities are a little larger than your average mini tart pan. Most mini tarts are about 2-3 inches in diameter. The extra inch gives you a better size tart. It’s not just 2 to 3 bites and you’re done. The whole pan is a great size. It’s good that the tarts are all connected. It makes it so much easier to take the tarts in and out of the oven. It also gives you some overlay if your crust comes out of the tart cavity a little. The pan is also a good weight. It’s not light and flemsy at all. It’s made of steel and is very sturdy. This makes it a lot easier to get it in and out of the oven. I love that it is non-stick. And It is extremely non-stick! I sprayed the tart cavities with a little cooking spray, but I really didn’t have to. I used a puff pastry crust and they literally slide right out! I’ve never used a non-stick pan that was this non-stick before. Because the pans are individual, you can make different types of tarts at the same time. Not just one, like the larger tart pans. You can custom each tart depending on what type each person wants. It really comes in handy if you have picky eaters. Overall, The Mini Fluted Tart Pan is a great item. With this pan, the possibilities are endless!

> 24 hourUSA pans are the best pans I have found. I am now collecting them, enjoying all the perfect bakes along the way. Seems like whatever recipe I make, I come out with the right amount of batter to fill the six circles in this pan. The pan is substantial, baking with even temperatures Id guess by looking at the cakes and pies, which come out with uniform doneness. I cannot imagine a more perfect pan. On top of the amazing performance, it is also easy to clean. One thing I want to mention regarding this six circle pan, is that the little cakes are filling. At first I wanted the USA Pan that makes brownie bites. I decided on this pan instead because it seemed more practical. But as soon as I baked the first set of cakes, I knew I had to have that little square baking pan too! Now I have both and each has their use. If I could only keep one, Id keep the pan with the small squares because it makes perfect miniature cakes (not just brownies). This circle pan will really shine for little pies. But of course it works for so many things. Thank you USA pans for making my baking better!

> 24 hourI have several different USA Pan products in my kitchen, and they are all uniformly excellent. Nice and sturdy with a good heft to them, and the non-stick coating works very, very good. You can bake without having to use fat, flour or parchment to pretreat the baking surface/pan in order to keep things from sticking, and items slide right off when youre done baking. A quick run under the faucet with a soapy sponge is all it takes to clean this stuff. Simple! I also like the fact that they are made here in the US; I have no problem spending a little extra to support domestic manufacturing. This companies products are well made, function well, and look great. Ill be buying more.

> 24 hourIf I could give this particular pan more than 5 stars, I would. I finally have had enough time to test some frittata ideas. I used my go to quiche recipe. I lightly greased the wells and no sticking. I used a rubber spatula that is about 1 1/2 inches wide with my fingers holding on to remove my frittatas. No breakage. I still havent figured out the best time for baking, but nothing came out rubbery. I think a short bread style crust might be better, but Im going to try flaky crusts. Im not sure how a top crust would work because of how the pans are designed. If you need them to fit in a toaster oven, the pan is too big for mine, but mine is small. I ordered these at the $22+ price. They werent supposed to get here until the end of the week. Arrived today, so I think Amazon gave me free Prime shipping because the pans went on sale after I ordered them. These pans are the same pans offered by the baking company and if you dont care about the logo, definitely worth ordering from Amazon because of the difference in price. I purchased these particular pans because I work on the road. I love egg muffins, but they are difficult to eat while driving. These pans will allow me to make my egg muffin sandwiches. The base is large enough for my veggie burgers. The well sides are sloped. If youre looking to make straight sided mini cakes, not going to work. They will work for a personal sized quiche/pie. Take some gentle work to get them out of the wells, but it can be done. They are not deep enough for pot pies. Ill admit I own more than my fair share of pans from this company. Ive never been disappointed with quality. Once in awhile, the pans are shipped with scratches. If on the outside, not a big deal. If in the inside, return for replacements...can be a big deal. The pans are not safe for the dishwasher. Do not use sharp utensils with these pans. Get an oven thermometer to check temperature, so you dont go over 450F.

> 24 hourPerfect for fancy hamburger buns, and individual desserts too! I was trying to make relatively uniform buns but not having much success. I use a rich egg bread dough and shape them like a pretty Kaiser roll. Unfortunately the dough always seemed to have a mind of its own. I didnt want them bakery perfect, but I thought a little consistency would be nice. I now measure out 3 1/2 ounces of dough, shape, and place in the pan. They come out just perfect. The straight sides of the pan keep the dough contained and my rolls are not spread out and flat any more. They rise to just a little over the top. Unfortunately this pan is too big for most toaster ovens, even my large Breville toaster oven. If youre using a mix or scratch cake or muffin batter, fill the wells only 2/3 full. I like this pan even better than a muffin pan for corn bread and biscuits. The larger flat bottom really makes it easier to use those things in the bottom of a bowl with chili or stew over the top. as compared to a regular muffin pan. Mini pies with pie crust, filo dough or puff pastry work great. Meringue shells also turn out perfect.

> 24 hourI have been searching for pans to make mini fritatti. These are THE best I have found. They are the perfect size, they bake perfectly, the release is flawless and clean-up is a dream. I cant say enough good about them. I will use them for many other things that I bake and Im sure they will perform equally well. Thank you to USA Pans for making such a quality product here in the U.S.

> 24 hourI was shopping for a pan to make hamburger buns in. I know it isnt necessary but it adds that finished, polished looking edge and helps keep sizing standard. The pan was perfect for the recipe i found which made 6 buns and they popped out cleanly with no sticking. Quick hand wash with a soapy dish cloth and back in the cooling oven to dry fully. The size was an absolute match to the burger patties we had; no overhang of beef or mouthful of bun alone. Looking forward to trying some other bun recipes and possibly cakes.

> 24 hourEDITED: Oh My Gosh these pans are fantastic. I did try to make Mini Apple Pies from Scratch. See Pic...I do need more practice in getting the juices just right and the crust. This was my First try at this Mini Pie thing...but My Son and Hubby loved them and my Son made me Promise NOT to change anything that I did because he thought the Personal Pies were Perfect. What is not listed by the other Reviewers is that you need to leave the bottom crust about 1/2 inch above the edge of the pan, add the filling, place the top INSIDE the Bottom then roll the Bottom Crust over the top to help seal it...or do the Lattice that is in the Pics and She used Canned Pie Filling. Mine was from scratch and judging the juice...well my judgement was OFF. Before I could get the tops figured out and on the pies in the pan, the juice was already running all over the place. I had to lift the pan to the sink to pour off the liquid before I got these into the oven. It was ALL my Hubbys Fault and I told him so....He had me add more Sugar to the Apples...I told him it was sweet enough...he still insisted on more sugar. I told him more sugar makes more juice...so More juice is just what I had. I will make these again when he is NOT at Home.He is Retired and up in my business...oh my. And the pies when cooled down about 1 1/2 hours came up out of that pan completely fine and intact. The top of the pan was a mess...but that cleaned up with soap and hot water and very little effort. Thank you AMAZON for carrying these great pans Made in the USA. I got mine very quickly, from the order date. They arrived yesterday, and today I made a batch of King Arthur Flour Beautiful Burger Buns. They almost jumped out the pans. I barely nudged them. No Spray, No Oil, No Butter in the pan, and nothing was left in the pan. Not even a crumb. The (2) Mini Cake Pans I bought can be used for the Mini Cakes, Burger Buns, and per another Review Mini Pies, and Pot Pies. So this particular pan has many uses. I got them based on the Mini Pies and the Burger Buns. The day I bought these, I had already made cupcakes with liners in my old old pans. I spent 30 min at least trying to scrape off the edges of the 24 cupcakes off the Antiquated Pans I had been using for more than 20 years. Those pans are out by the Trash Can. I also have Silicone Muffin pans, and yes sometimes they DO STICK. And Stick horribly, and that is with spray oil and or my Pan coating with flour. I also bought 2 of the USA Cupcake Muffin pans. These USA Pans seem fantastic so far. I will update if I get any problems, and yes these are more expensive than the Grocery Store variety. They are Heavy and Hold the heat very well, making a better baking experience. Adding time or subtracting temperature may be necessary. I ended up baking the Burger Buns at 360 deg not 375deg per the Recipe. Baked for 18 min...Perfectly light brown on the top and the bottom. Note that the Instructions say DO NOT USE SPRAY OIL...like Pam. If you want to use a PanCoating with Flour it is ok, that is per the instructions.
