If I could give this particular pan more than 5 stars, I would. I finally have had enough time to test some frittata ideas. I used my go to quiche recipe. I lightly greased the wells and no sticking. I used a rubber spatula that is about 1 1/2 inches wide with my fingers holding on to remove my frittatas. No breakage. I still havent figured out the best time for baking, but nothing came out rubbery. I think a short bread style crust might be better, but Im going to try flaky crusts. Im not sure how a top crust would work because of how the pans are designed. If you need them to fit in a toaster oven, the pan is too big for mine, but mine is small. I ordered these at the $22+ price. They werent supposed to get here until the end of the week. Arrived today, so I think Amazon gave me free Prime shipping because the pans went on sale after I ordered them. These pans are the same pans offered by the baking company and if you dont care about the logo, definitely worth ordering from Amazon because of the difference in price. I purchased these particular pans because I work on the road. I love egg muffins, but they are difficult to eat while driving. These pans will allow me to make my egg muffin sandwiches. The base is large enough for my veggie burgers. The well sides are sloped. If youre looking to make straight sided mini cakes, not going to work. They will work for a personal sized quiche/pie. Take some gentle work to get them out of the wells, but it can be done. They are not deep enough for pot pies. Ill admit I own more than my fair share of pans from this company. Ive never been disappointed with quality. Once in awhile, the pans are shipped with scratches. If on the outside, not a big deal. If in the inside, return for replacements...can be a big deal. The pans are not safe for the dishwasher. Do not use sharp utensils with these pans. Get an oven thermometer to check temperature, so you dont go over 450F.

Really enjoy these pans. Nice weight to them, heavy for metal, but not as heavy as glass. Not as difficult to juggle around as glass. I want to get rid of all my other metal pans! The hamburger buns you see in my photo just slipped out of the pans. I quick swish of dish soap and a rinse with hot water and the pans bead up and with one of those microfiber towels, have them back in the cupboard fast. I have had no warping as other people have mentioned. I came back to buy the sheet pans and thought I would leave this review as I had purchased the mini cape pans. I cant imagine negative reviews. The finish on my pans look great, still, the bad reviews make me want to hold off buying other pans...even when I know how wonderful they are. Nope, I am going with what I know and can see in my own kitchen. My husband thought he was sneaking bun out on me before I took the photo!

I use these for making gluten free hamburger buns. FYI, I grew up in a wheat farming area and I love the taste of wheat. However, as I grew older, I developed all sorts of allergies. Now my doctors tell me I have to avoid tree nuts, gluten and lactose. Bummer. But I love hamburgers & bread & eating. So I make my own bread, including hamburger buns. Products like this make my life bearable. The trick is this: half way through cooking, turn the buns out onto a cookie sheet dusted with corn meal or parchment paper so that theyll brown on the bottom. I do love hamburgers and good hamburgers needed edible buns. I recommend these over trying to make those stupid rings out of aluminum foil that many of the gluten free hamburger bun recipes suggest. I tried that and will not do that again. This pan makes slightly smaller buns, so realize that either your buns will rise higher than normal or youll need to use this to make about 9-10 buns if your recipe (like mine) makes 8 of the larger buns. Hope that makes sense and is useful to fellow gluten free cooks.

Turned out to be a duplicate gift; so was returned. Very well made however.

After a couple of excellent batches of homemade hamburger buns I decided to upgrade from DIY folded foil ring forms to a bonafide bun pan. Researching pans I saw this same USA Pan mold recommended fro buns (and sold at a much higher price) on the King Arthur Flour site so I ordered it here. It wasnt what I expected or need. In my opinion the holes are too deep (1-1/4 inches), and the sides are slanted like little pie pans. My buns came out too big and I think the sides come out too browned and crusty, likely because the pan is very thick. The buns I made came out with a pie-shaped profile and the amount of dough I prefer for buns (90 gram) only crested 1/3 of the height above the mold. To get a higher, more classic-looking crest, it takes about 110 gram of dough, which is a huge bun. My straight sided, 1-inch-deep, 4-inch-diameter DIY foil rings do a much better job. The sides come out soft (like a classic bun) and the tops have a pleasing crest rising 2/3 above the base. The pan itself is a great piece of equipment if you are keen to make super-size muffins (muffin tops?). My husband has been using it make mini blueberry and peach pies that have nicely browned sides and lift easily out of the pans. But its not being used for buns. Im back to the foil rings until I find the right pan—one with straight sides and 1 inch deep.

This is my third pan I have purchased from USA Pan Bakeware. They are well worth the price. My oldest pan has not warped. It still releases my baked goods and cleans up easy. It looks great, and I expect this one to be the same.

I was shopping for a pan to make hamburger buns in. I know it isnt necessary but it adds that finished, polished looking edge and helps keep sizing standard. The pan was perfect for the recipe i found which made 6 buns and they popped out cleanly with no sticking. Quick hand wash with a soapy dish cloth and back in the cooling oven to dry fully. The size was an absolute match to the burger patties we had; no overhang of beef or mouthful of bun alone. Looking forward to trying some other bun recipes and possibly cakes.

I have several different USA Pan products in my kitchen, and they are all uniformly excellent. Nice and sturdy with a good heft to them, and the non-stick coating works very, very good. You can bake without having to use fat, flour or parchment to pretreat the baking surface/pan in order to keep things from sticking, and items slide right off when youre done baking. A quick run under the faucet with a soapy sponge is all it takes to clean this stuff. Simple! I also like the fact that they are made here in the US; I have no problem spending a little extra to support domestic manufacturing. This companies products are well made, function well, and look great. Ill be buying more.
