Not as good as PG Tips flavour wise but the price was right and tea bags are packed so shelf life is extended. Yes, there were two boxes each containing 240 tea bags. Date on box showed good thru Nov 2022. Perfect!

Our family loves this Typhoo black tea . It is the best tasting tea on the market. Its promotion with the added bonus of tea bags is most appealing. Great taste for iced tea, too.

I saw a clip where Paul McCartney was talking about his early years and how he and John would smoke Typhoo tea...of course nothing happened...but they were young and not able to buy weed. The story was just interesting enough for me to see if Typhoo was still around, and they sure are. Typhoo is a great everyday breakfast tea. Its not woody at all, and there is a hint of sweetness...just a hint...just right. easily drinkable on its own. Its packaging is the best. 40 ROUND tea bags with NO strings make this a brewers dream. Each 40 bags are encapsulated by an airtight thin foil package...so long term storage should not be an issue. I always keep two large boxes (almost 1000 bags) of Typhoo in my pantry as emergency backup. The price is right...the taste is very good...and storing it long term is easy. But dont smoke it...

We are tea enthusiasts. We have many high quality loose leaf and packaged teas in our tea cupboard, and among them is always some Typhoo. It remains one of our favorite simple black tea choices. It has a very good flavor and is a reliable product.

For a mass-produced tea, Typhoo is one of our go-tos. The bags are convenient and easy & the flavor is a good middle-range tea. It works well for both cold and hot. Note - I grew up and drank Lipton for year so almost anything is an upgrade.

A quality tea, much nicer than what you can normally get in stores here. Compared to PG Tips or Yorkshire Gold, those two are honestly a little better, but the sheer amount of tea you get for the price with the Typhoo is much better bang for the buck. Plus, the individually-wrapped packages within each box are super convenient for making sure your tea doesnt get stale prematurely the way the larger boxes of PG Tips do.

I love your tea. My mother is English so we have particular tastes when it comes to tea. And typhoo hits all the notes. Such rich tea flavor with no bitterness. Perfect. I even make ice tea with it. Its that good. Just recently Ive gotten my husband to join me in drinking tea. So now Im using more tea bags. So your 480 size boxes are even more convenient now. My mother and I always make sure the other never runs out. If shes running low, Ill give her some of mine until she can purchase more and vice versa. Im very happy with your tea.
