Excellent pump. Draws about 5 amps. Very quiet operation. Just remember, once the water depth gets to about 2, it will start sucking air. To go down to 1/16 i got a Wayne water bug. Great little pump. Had a 50 hose on it and it was raised 7 up and the water coming out of it in the yard was like a fire hose. Really impressive! No clogs, worked great. Great buy. it really did the job. Im totally set now to remove the water from any basement area if necessary.

Works well for emptying a pool.

The previous pump ran 24 / 7 365 for Three and a half Years without whimper. I highly recommend this trouble free pump to anyone wanting a reliable water feature pump.

Bought this pump to replace a gasoline driven pump that we had previously used to fill our pond in the spring. (Were in the country, so when I say pond I mean a .5 acre 20 foot deep body of water - just for reference). To be honest I had my doubts going into it. Our previous gas pump was 5.5 HP, where as this one was only 1 HP, leaving me to wonder if it would have enough oomph to push water up the hill and across the field into our pond. Within an hour of using it, my doubts were gone. Having ran it for a few days continuously now, I am even more impressed. This little baby really moves some water! Plus it is far more portable, quiet, and environmentally friendly than our previous gas model. Love this!

This pump is a beast it will move the water even with trash around the unit. We use it to empty a grey water line pond it is amazing! Easy to install just connect the tubing or plumbing that you wish to use and plug it in and let the pump work.

Works like a champ removing waterfall gunk in a heartbeat. But rust is showing within 2 months. I really hope this pump lasts because it works so well compared to the cheaper ones I had in the past

Costs more than the pumps at Home Depot, but lasts much longer! Pays for itself by NOT having to be replaced every month. Especially when dealing with muddy water
