> 3 dayI was skeptical about this but it works really well. The little slider functions perfectly. Its easy to load, unlike the old WrapMaster dispensers which are like brain teasers. The wrap is held in position so its easy to pull out another piece. The quality of the wrap that comes with it is so much heavier and better than the regular supermarket variety. Even if it sticks to itself a little, its much easier to pull apart. It wraps neatly and stays together around your food. The patterns on the boxes are a lot of fun. If I had more counter space I would leave it out--its that attractive. Highly recommended.

> 3 dayI am one of those people that get plastic wrap stuck to itself every time. Not anymore! I bought this product a few years ago and have bought replacement rolls a number of times since. Have told friends about it too. It is so convenient to use and sticks much better than store bought. Am thinking of trying this same brand and dispenser type for foil and parchment paper too

> 3 dayI tried this product while visiting my son and daughter-in-law. I cant believe Ive been wrestling with tangled plastic wrap my whole life when this neat product is available. I just pull the wrap out over the dish/plate/bowl I want to wrap and then cut the wrap. No mess, no tangle. Love it. A must for every kitchen. There are several designs to choose from.

Greater than one weekWhere were you all my life!!! I have been struggling with plastic wrap all of my life. When you go to rip off a piece the box bends and the plastic wrap ends up stretching and tearing rather than having a clean, straight cut and heaven help you if you only want a small piece! The process is even worse. This product is so simple to use and works beautifully! I have recommended this product to friends and family because it is such a game-changer!

> 3 dayI like the way this looks and works. I also like that I dont have to take up space in a kitchen drawer to store my plastic wrap now, and that I can keep it handy on top of my microwave. My only comments would be that I wish it was just a little bigger, and I also think that it would be nice if it came with attachments to stick it onto a surface. The reason I say this, is because you have to hold the roll while dispensing and cutting the plastic wrap. It would be nice if it was hands-free dispensing. I actually have mine sitting on top of my stand-alone microwave, so I stuck some Handi-Tak Reusable Adhesive on the bottom of the Chic Wrap Dispenser, and that solved the issue! The Chic Wrap Dispenser looks nice and cheery too. While I like the one I have, I would have liked more designs to choose from though. I think a different design might have looked better in my kitchen. The lack of design choices, no way to attach it to a surface, and the size are the only reason this didnt get 5 stars - none of these are major issues by any means though.

Greater than one weekI ordered this Chicwrap plastic wrap holder from Amazon Prime. It comes in about 4 different designs. This thing is as useful and functional as it is pretty! The wrap that comes in it, is a little thicker than the stuff I usually buy, but man does it stick! Not sure if I will buy the refill, or just buy my normal brand and put it in there...but they do also sell refills for it. No more cutting my fingers on the teeth of the box, while wrestling with the plastic wrap clinging to itself, while the box is crushing and twisting, and ending up having to basically pull the cling wrap until it breaks away from the roll...NEVER AGAIN! This thing cost me like 14 dollars (free shipping with prime). Worth every sent! The box is made out of super sturdy cardboard, and is covered in a coating that reinforces the box and will be great for wiping off, if food should spill on in it. You simply pull the cling wrap straight out and let it hang over the edge, and then slide the little black tab across the box (thats what cuts the wrap) and voila ! A straight, clean edge of plastic wrap that isnt stuck to itself. The wrap that comes in it, is a little thicker than the stuff I usually buy, but man does it stick! Not sure if I will buy the refill, or just buy my normal brand and put it in there. Then you place the box on your shelf, and it just sits there and looks pretty.....Definitely recommended.

> 3 dayIve wanted something like this ever since seeing it used on a cooking show. They didnt fight with their plastic wrap! I was fascinated! The box is well made of heavy duty molded cardboard and feels like it will last a good long time. The cutting strip has a peel&stick adhesive on the back and you just have to stick it on a marked space on the box. Works like a charm. The box is about an inch or so longer than a regular box of wrap. But almost better than the box itself is the quality of the plastic wrap. Over the years Ive tried different brands and havent been 100% satisfied with any. This wrap performs like the kind grocery stores use to package product for sale. Clings like a dream. This roll will last me a very long time, but when its gone Ill be reordering.

> 3 dayI really wanted to like this. I thought it would be way easier than the plastic wrap from the grocery store. Unfortunately there are three big flaws. 1. The magnetic closure is not strong enough to withstand the weight of the roll of plastic wrap that is contained within, so if you tilt the box the wrong way while using, it pops open and plastic wrap goes rolling across the kitchen. 2. The blade for cutting the plastic wrap gets dull after the first dozen uses. Now I need a second person to hold the plastic wrap m taut while I hold the box in one hand and press HARD on the blade while I slide it across with the other. Otherwise, the blade just bunches the wrap up instead of cutting it. 3. The actual plastic strip that the blade slides along comes separately for you to stick onto the box yourself. The adhesive is mediocre and I have had it come partially off and had to restick it several times. I anticipate that eventually the adhesive will wear out completely and I’ll have to super glue it back together.
