This was a great investment. I purchased it for my DVR surveillance cameras. I attached one to my tv and the other to the DVR. This is sooooo much better than running a 50ft HDMI hard wire like I was doing that’s was a headache. This wireless HDMI so worth it.

> 3 dayI used this device to connect output from a HTPC to a remote monitor and it worked well: For 6 months. Then the transmitter failed to link to the receiver without warning or cause. To make matters worse, I couldnt contact the seller to replace it because they removed themselves (or were removed?) from Amazon. To Amazons credit, they refunded most of the original cost and I will purchase it again via another brand (appears to be same device with higher customer rating).

> 3 dayWe have a large flat screen TV in our work conference room in the corner. Unfortunately, there was no easy way to connect to it other than with a long cable that was a trip hazard anytime we had to use it. We had a visitor one day that had to bring their own cable because our died. That was quite embarrassing. I tried this on my own monitor to see how it works. It was super easy. Powered up the unit, plugged the devices into the monitor and the laptop. Bam - instant remote, wireless projection. Tried it on our conference room TV. The setup was just as easy. Plug the receiver into the TV, plug the transmitter into the laptop, now there is wireless projection. Have since tried it several times on different occasions. Has always worked on the first try. Great wireless projector setup.

> 3 dayWorked great at 1st, then after 6 weeks it kept losing connection. I have it 30 feet away and every time I turn off the monitor I have to bring it right back next to each other to pair it. Just lasted long enough to make it out of the return window....
