> 3 dayThis is truly plug and play. Worked flawlessly. Plugged in the RX into the TV, connected the power to the outlet, then the TX in the computer. Everything came up perfectly out of the box. I did some testing and rebooting and still came back up well. I had to play with the video because for some reason the scaling was going off the screen, but I was able to fix it in graphic properties. Not a big deal. The only downfall for me, which is a deal breaker, is that everytime the TV is turned off, then back on, the RX ceases to receive. Turning the TV off leaves power on the RX, and then when the TV is turned back on, it will not receive a picture. The TX just flashes like it is pairing indefinitely. The only way to fix it is to remove the USB-C power connector from the RX device and plug it back in, effectively rebooting the device. After that, it comes back up. Unfortunately, this is a mounted TV and the ability to keep reaching behind it to disconnect and reconnect power every time the TV is powered off is not practical. I tried to connect the RX to the USB port on the back of the TV. I was excited when the RX powered up, but alas, it will not connect with the transmitter when powered ONLY by USB port. It required the outlet power to establish a connection so I am stuck with returning this item and trying something else. Picture was great....lag was almost non-existent. Just that darn power option when I have to manually remove power and plug it back in EVERY TIME the TV power is cycled. I cant be dealing with that every time.

> 3 dayI guess this works OK and clearly it’s designed for something like mobile rather than a set up in your home. It works although the transmitter and receivers get pretty warm. The problem is they plug directly into the devices so if the plug is in the back of the TV the TV body and all the electronics inside or going to do a fair job of blocking the signal. You may need an hdmi extension cord for this so you can get a clear line of sight. These smaller devices are limited because they don’t have external antennas. The other thing is the power requirements. It still uses micro USB instead of USB-C which is starting to be a real pain. And the strain of having another cable plugged in risks damaging your HDMI port. You have to be very careful about making sure that either side doesn’t put undue stress on the HDMI port. And of course you have to have a free USB handy on both sides or you won’t be able to power this device. I guess that’s inevitable although I would like to see a way to draw power from the HDMI port itself. Pin 18 on the HDMI specifications only carries .25 W but that should be enough to power a small transmitter or at the very least the receiver. But since nobody makes one yet I am guessing they have not been able to make that work efficiently.

> 3 dayIt is easy to use, the signal is stable, and the picture and sound quality are good. I put a monitor in the dining room, through which I can receive the video and audio from the TV box in the living room, which is very convenient and practical.

> 3 dayI must admit that using this Wireless HDMI Transmitter and Receiver has completely changed the way I work and entertain. I have been using it for a few weeks now. It is incredibly simple to set up and designed for PCs and laptops. I simply connected the receiver to my HDTV and the HDMI dongle adapter to my laptop, and I was good to go. It supports both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, ensuring stable and non-stop video and audio streaming. The connection is flawless and the video and audio are of the highest caliber. Without any lag or delay, I can stream movies and videos from my laptop to my HDTV. It has significantly improved family movie nights. Additionally, it has made it simpler for me to demonstrate my work to clients. Now, I can easily display my work on a bigger screen.

> 3 dayWorked great at 1st, then after 6 weeks it kept losing connection. I have it 30 feet away and every time I turn off the monitor I have to bring it right back next to each other to pair it. Just lasted long enough to make it out of the return window....
