> 3 dayI was initially using the ELUTENG M.2 2280 Heatsink. There were 2 problems with the ELUTENG: 1- Its 2mm taller and impacted the underside of the laptop chassis. I confirmed this using a little thermal grease and could see where it had touched. 2 - It used 2 very thick silicon bands to secure it to the drive. The bands sit above the heatsink making it even taller. I always suspected the bands were acting as an insulator, they were prohibiting air flow, and they lacked the strength to make a good bond with the heatsink compound (Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut).
