> 3 dayIf this is your first time changing thermal paste or you know what youre doing but cant choose which thermal paste to use then this is a very good choice as it is electrically insulating so, it is less concerning and easy to use . This has the one of the highest thermal conductivity , so cant go wrong with this. I got about 10-15C degree less on my cpu and 8-12C degree less temps on my gpu . My cpu used to reach 90-93C degree (on an laptop)and 78-87C degree on my GPU while gaming but the MAX is 78C degree on the cpu and 65C on my GPU
