very disappointed. was super excited to find a combo toy with my chinchilla’s favorite types of toys and i received a wooden shelf with a knitted basket insert for the hole in the shelf. im not sure how this is a small animal toy at all but it was a huge waste of money because im not too sure what to do with this.

This looks really nice in my chins cage. Haven’t seen him use it yet, he’s new and still hanging out on the first floor getting used to things. Looking forward to the cuteness on the little balcony. Be absolutely sure to remove every bit of the shrink wrapped plastic off the pumice stones. Wouldn’t want that getting ingested. A bit concerned over what another reviewer said about load capacity, I will watch this closely!

The product was surprising secure and my rats have enjoyed it in the first couple days. The only problem is that when the rats chew the lava rock, it creates a powder. Im concerned it might hurt their fragile respiratory system.

I wish they had this on subscription. It is great because when my Mochi chews through the first toy, i can put a new one on. There are plenty to choose from on Amazon. I just wish they had the option to subscribe. Because eventually she starts chewing down the posts. So i think i am replacing it about every 3 months

My chinchilla loves this ledge. She is always on it. She chewed the pumus stones pretty quick. I just wish there was a replacement pumus/wood chew piece ro replace the one it came with. Otherwise love it

My chinchilla Mochi loves this product. He likes to spin the little lava chewies and nibble them to a degree that seems excessive. Im curious though...the line attached to the platform is replaceable. Are there replacement chewies for this product?
