The product was surprising secure and my rats have enjoyed it in the first couple days. The only problem is that when the rats chew the lava rock, it creates a powder. Im concerned it might hurt their fragile respiratory system.

I received the wrong item. I guess if they are out of stock they just substitute it with something else. In my case some thing that will not work whatsoever for my animals. I would have much rather have been contacted about this. This order was placed over 30 days ago there was more than enough time for me to be contacted.

Bigger than expected. Chinchillas love it!! Big enough for 2 adult chinchillas to be on it.

Platform holes wider than the rail posts, I had to drill new holes closer together to assemble. Wood is very lightweight, with several large chips peeling off. The 2 included washers are in no way stable enough to secure it, had to get 2 more. Poor quality all around. Wont be buying again.

very disappointed. was super excited to find a combo toy with my chinchilla’s favorite types of toys and i received a wooden shelf with a knitted basket insert for the hole in the shelf. im not sure how this is a small animal toy at all but it was a huge waste of money because im not too sure what to do with this.

My chinchillas are extremely difficult to shop for. Theyd rather chew the walls than any toys. But, they went straight to this one and started gnawing on it. I love it!
