I’m very disappointed with my purchase with this seller. This is not a cheap cartridge, I paid almost $70 for it. And this seller sent us a used one, such a disgrace to Subzero brand!

Arrived broken with little shards of glass and, I assume, mercury, all over the inside of the box.

Product broken and used. The packaging was torn and obviously previously open. The item is half price at authorized dealers. I dont recommend this product.

The surface of the part looks very rough, not like a brand new one.

I was a little worried about installing this on my own but it was very simple. The old one came right out and this one just popped in. The purchasing process was seamless and the product shipped on time.

Tamper resistant seal was broken on arrival. Disappointed given price point.

These were dead on arrival. We ordered two and one of them had bits of glass on the outside, as if the glass bulb inside broke. Both filters were broke. Do yourself a favor and order parts from an official Sub Zero distributor or directly from Sub Zero. Go on their site. I ordered the same filters from an official major east coast parts distributor and they worked.
