We have been using this to quickly and easily clean a dust heavy room during some home renovations and it has been great. The only downside that we can point to is that it would be nice to have a larger pad for more coverage and a larger container for more water... but those are always desires for items like these. Well built, easy to assemble and use, and does what you would expect...

The steam cleaner is easy to use both on laminate floors and carpets. Particularly it helped to clean beeswax off of my kitchen floor

So far Im loving this steam mop! It beats my Haan steam mop which Ive had a problem with the handle coming off. It also has better pads than the Haan...they are thicker and actually clean my tile floors so much better because the Haan couldnt reach into the slopes and dips they have. Also, it produces so much more steam and its adjustable with the turn of a knob! Love my new steamer and how lightweight and easy to maneuver it is with the rotating head!

I was 14. First, steam mop and came across this one and I was skeptical because of the discounted price. When I got it I instantly fell in love with it! Its very lightweight and easy to put together and it really does get the job done. Ive seen the other comments saying that the tools were out quickly, if you let the steam do the work and not the brush so much. Your tools last longer. I didnt notice they have replacement tools you can purchase which I think is fantastic.

I use this for everything shower,walls,floors,appliances ect. Does a great job I wished the tank was bigger a bit frustrating having to stop constantly to refill tank but works well

I love the versatility! We got this for our lake cabin. We were in the middle of remodeling our bathroom, and planned on replacing our shower. The shower walls were covered in water scale from our hard water. I used the steamer brush accessory and simply ran the brush back and forth over the shower walls and you could literally see the scale running down the sides. Our shower didnt need to be replaced and the walls and floor are like brand new. Great product if only for that! Saved us the cost of replacing the complete shower!

I have used the mop once and seems satisfactory so far. Will rate the product after few onre uses. One of the mop pads was defective and threads coming out. I had messaged seller thro amazon for mop replacement but so far no response from seller after over two weeks. Poor customer service. will consider returning the whole unit if no response. Ramesh

This product is amazing. Works on my wood floors but it did leave my tile a bit wet but its ok, it dries.

Great Mop for the price, came with lots of attachments to make this more than just a floor mop. Recommend this product.
