I like that it isnt loud. I use it while my kids nap and it drys so fast. I would like to note this is my first time ever owning a steam mop. Havent used the attachments but the floor one n its pretty good. I use it in between moping. I mop every other week.

Ive had this steam mop for almost a month now. This nifty cleaning tool is ready so fast I havent been able to time it! I can vacuum or Swiffer my floors, then run this highly maneuverable steam mop over them quickly with no mess. With steam set in the middle of the dial, which works perfectly for me, I can do 3 large rooms in one go. The cord reaches well, the mop pad comes out great through a normal wash & dry cycle and my floors look great! Ive only tried a couple of the various cleaning tools, so I cant really review them well. Ill have to play with them more at some time. I did have trouble pulling off the big yellow quality control sticker from the front of the water reservoir, but a little rubbing alcohol got it off in a jiff, with very little effort. My main purpose for buying this was to clean my floors easily. Im definitely a very happy customer. My only regret is that I didnt discover steam mops till now!

Only used once and one thing Im disappointed with is the grout tool. One pass on two bathroom stone floor tiles, and the brush looks like its years old. Not sure if replacement attachments can be bought but guessing this attachment wont last a month.

This is a great product the best part is that you can do multiple type of surfaces like carpet, tile, wood even windows. Plus all the accessories are easy to switch.

The mop works great but oh my goodness - the extra tools are really awesome. I used the curved nozzle to clean underneath the hood of my stove, which had been sticky and nasty. It worked beautifully. The mop is super easy to fill and use, and it’s very lightweight.

This steamer works very well. I’ve only used it on my laminate wood floors. But it did a great job. The only thing I wish is that it have a scrubber for the hard to get up spots. Easy to put together an easy to use.

I purchased this steamer for my 2 bedroom apartment and Im obsessed with it. The assembly was an absolute breeze. I love that the cord is long and the steamer is very light weight and easy to maneuver. The steamer has replaced both my mop and my Swifter. PRO TIP: Dampen the cloth with water before you use the steamer.
