I like this calcium since it is easy to swallow. I take it for my heart health and to help me sleep. I take half of the daily dosage before I go to bed.

Quick delivery. I bought this specific supplement because of the 5:1 ratio of calcium to magnesium. I had read that this allows the calcium to be more readily absorbed by the body with this ratio. Since taking them I have not had a problem with severe muscle cramping as I had in the past, as I did when taking just a calcium supplement.

We have always liked this product. Now we put these in a bottle marked aspirin for my 91 year old mother-in-law who would panic if she didnt have an almost full bottle of aspirin sitting on her table. Since she cant be trusted to take meds properly we could originally only leave 2 aspirin in the bottle each day. We feel safe in putting these out for her. The pills developed a bad odor after a month stored tightly sealed in a cabinet with other supplements. I never had a supplement suddenly smell bad before. They arent supposed to expire for years according to the bottle. Im not happy that I wasted over $60 on them.

I didnt notice any change in my restless legs or my ability to fall asleep. No better, no worse. Maybe with more time, things will improve. Sometimes it takes at least three months for changes to take effect.
