My Chiropractor suggested SP Calcium Lactate a few years ago and it has helped alleviate years of back pain/if not eliminate. I have been taking with water 3x day. Did not know about chewing/esp before bedtime which Several reviews have commented that it helps with sleep or lack thereof; and waking with pain 2-3 times at night. Starting that routine tonight. Only reason I gave only 4 stars is the constant price fluctuation -all over the place, it is up to approx. $90 for 800 count. This I cannot afford. I usually get for $42 and will hold out until it is a fair price again. I am pretty sure I can get s better price at my Chiro. I definitely recommend this product. I know some lie in reviews ( in news lately) but I feel Amazon is honest and monitors it.

This is a very good quality calcium supplement, which is pretty hard to find except through a doctor. Glad to find it here for a good price!

Ive been on this product for a month and my results are getting better. Im down to 3 tabs a night ftom 4.

My nutritionist turned me onto this supplement to help me fall asleep easier. I take four by eating them. Yes, you heard me right. Eating them like candy. It helps to deliver the supplement to your blood stream a lot quicker and effectively. Calcium Lactate doesnt taste like anything. It has the effect of having a warm glass of milk. Take it 30 minutes before you want to go to bed, and youll feel quite calm by the time you hit the hay. Very relaxing but no druggy feelings at all. The bottle gives you so much in quantity that it will last you a long time. Great value. Great product.

On time and good value

My husband stopped using this product because we now live in the boonies where we just dont have a physician or place to purchase it. He was excited that I found it on Amazon and in the larger size he hasnt been able to get for years! Now he is back to taking the supplements and feeling better so fast. Its amazing how our body responds when we feed it what it needs. Reminds me of the analogy from grade school about a car needs gas and our body needs food...give them both the right fuel and theyll run well! Amazon, where America shops! I’ve been taking Standard Process Calcium Lactate for a while. I originally bought it from my chiropractor. It’s expensive, but if it works, that’s ok. I’ll be having a bone density test next spring. Hopefully I’ll see good results!
