Squatty Potty The Original Toilet Stool - Bamboo Flip, 7 & 9 Height, Brown

Greater than one weekI have two of the original ones and while those work great, the white plastic doesnt exact look classy or premium. Im a fan of bamboo and the fact that this supports two different heights of 7 and 9 makes this a versatile option. Putting this together was simple enough with the included wrench and the instructions were simple to understand. My only negative feedback is that I dont particularly enjoy that the surface you put your feet on is slanted. This is a matter of preference of course, but I prefer my feet to be flat like they are able to with the original plastic version.

> 3 dayThis product is well worth the money; 5/5 stars. I also like how it can be set up for 7 or 9 off of the floor depending on which side is face down on the floor. (As shown in pictures)

> 3 dayFor shorties like me with potty issues, it makes doing my business more comfortable. It feels like the most natural sitting position. Doesn’t pull my back and it’s nice to look at. Not so clinical.

> 3 dayThis is primarily going to be a rant about how I ordered this on December 9th as a prime item for a Christmas gift and it wasn’t even shipped until the 22nd- and didn’t get to me until yesterday, which was two days AFTER CHRISTMAS. There’s no way for me to contact them directly to complain about it so this is the best I can do. The product itself is fine. I have one already and I love it and I’m sure this one, as a gift, will be just fine also. If you want one then just plan on waiting a month for it when you order it. Beyond upset about it and will 100% NOT be continuing my Amazon Prime membership when it runs out, since my whole deal is for the two day shipping and that seems to be practically non-existent.

> 3 dayIts attractive and light and tucks away under the toilet nicely. But, as someone else mentioned, I also got a splinter putting it together. Removed it easily and quickly but they may want to check their stools. Lastly, the screws that hold it together are counter sunk which is nice and they have covers that should plug into place. But only half of them stay in place while the others simply fall off. An easy fix if you plan to keep the stool is just to use a little glue.

14-11-2024Not suitable for a 4-year-old to use alone; it could flip due to the width of the board—however, good length for adult use.

> 3 dayEasy to build but the screw caps don’t snap in. That’s a bummer. Not a fan of the exposed screw heads. Much smaller and better looking than the original plastic. Would like to see it available in darker stain option.

> 3 dayDoctor recommended I try using a Squatty Potty, but I was hesitant about buying one because I didnt want an ugly white plastic thing by my toilet. I got this pretty bamboo one and it works great. I am amazed by how well it works for me. I got another one for the second bathroom as well! The 9 inch side would probably be for kids. I recommend this to everyone who poops!

> 3 daySeriously, I didnt understand the Squatty Potty thing at first. I saw one at a friends home and thought, What is that? Something for their daughter to climb up on the toilet? Then I stumbled upon a description for the Squatty Potty by chance and thought, Youve GOT to be kidding me, right? However, since I am an adventurous soul cursed with a challenging colon, I thought Id give it a try when it was on sale a while ago (and I was dealing with a bout of difficult poos). It arrived and I spent about 15 minutes assembling it - its not that difficult, and I appreciate the minimalist packaging that doesnt waste paper nor plastic. After I had it set up, I was struck both by the stylistic grace of the piece and by the urge to try it out - unfortunately, my colon wasnt cooperating just that moment. So I waited. A little later on that night, I was rewarded and tried it out... ...and was pleasantly surprised. Yes, it really DID make my poo easier. Not, this no longer requires any effort and Im now seeing butterflies and rainbows and unicorns when I poop but more, this is easier and less stressful. and Im beginning to understand why people feel like reading in the bathroom.... Also, the cat LOVES it. Not for scratching, but for rubbing against. Since its quite nicely finished bamboo, Im not too worried - theres no splinters anywhere on it to worry about him getting hurt rubbing himself against while I use the toilet, and the wood is sealed well enough that Im not worried about germs getting stuck. In short, recommended for ANYONE who has challenges passing poop. *With apologies to Mr. Coulton for lifting his lyrics.
