Greater than one weekGreat tea but not a very descriptive title. I saw this stuff on the shelf at our health food store for the last year or two but I thought it was something for jocks or people that exercise a lot so I never tried it until a friend brought some over. Its a very delicious tasting tea. Im not sure how theyre making it taste so good because theres no sweeteners of any kind and the ingredients arent particularly flavorful things. Theres also no caffeine (or very little - less than 2%) but you get a definite boost of energy from it --- probably from the Ginseng, Matte and Green Tea. My only complaint is that its $10 a box here on Amazon and only $7 at the local health store so its one of the few things that isnt less expensive to buy online.

> 3 dayEVERYONE who drinks sun tea at my house inquires about how I make it. This is so delicious. Just mix one of these tea bags with three normal size Celestial Seaonsings tea bags (we like the berry ones for sun tea) in a half gallon pitcher (a good ol rubbermaid is fine --- dont need a sun tea container). Stick it out on the porch for most of the day, then refrigerate. There you have it. It is not sweet by any means. In fact we dont use any sweetener in it nor does it have any natural or artificial sweeteners. Yet, it has just a touch of sweetness and it is so refreshing.

> 3 dayFor nearly 2 years Ive been looking for a healthy iced tea that doesnt have the weird herbal aftertastes that i find in some health teas. I read some reviews about this Sportea and had to try it. Its like everything Ive been looking for and more. I mean it not only has trace minerals, Vitamin C ,Brazilian Mate, Ginger, Siberian ginseng, and more. It doesnt have sugar, sodium, calories, fat, artificial sweeteners, gluten, or flavorings. I honestly was perplexed about the marketing. I live in Colorado where the tea is made and just the name had me walk past it - for years. Sport-drinks would seem to be supplemented with energy sugars, water retaining sodium, etc. So I never took the time to read the ingredients. I love this tea, grateful I found it but it is through no help from them ( it loses a point for poor marketing). Try it, you really will be pleasantly surprised.

> 3 dayI was introduced to this tea at a local restaurant and went absolutely crazy about it. Its unique flavor and healthifying blend of green and black teas and yerba mate, along with a light touch of ginger, is a wonderful thirst quencher. As a tonic for health and energy, I now find myself drinking it daily instead of my usual afternoon coffee. It perks up the body and brain without the jittery effects of caffeine. I find I get a delightful pick-me-up later in the day--when I need it--without the negative affects of keeping me up at night. While a tad expensive, I will continue to buy SPORtea and enjoy its delicious brew. It is now a part of my every day routine.

> 3 dayI went from San Franciscos 60-ish weather to 100+ degrees in Northern California. Had nausea and after a few glasses of water, 2 sodas and lunch, it did not improve. Our friend gave me a glass of this and I perked up immediately as it balanced my electrolytes. Drank it the rest of the time in the hot weather and it really made it much more comfortable and I had no more dehydration or nausea. I am a Coca Cola addict and am finding this is a great replacement, no sugar or calories. Fresh and refreshing. Making it a staple in our household and on day trips in warm weather.

> 3 dayThis is my all time favorite ice tea to make at home. I first came across it at a small restaurant in Napa, Ca. I brought some home, but soon ran out:( Its not carried locally:( After about a year, still reminiscing about how fabulous it tasted, I took a chance and looked it up on Amazon.com and found Amazon carries it:) I was so excited I placed an order that day and have been ordering it regularly ever since. I cold brew it over night and take it to work in my large insulated travel mug. Its refreshingly delicious and helps get me through the day. I highly recommend SPORTEA.
