SPORTEA ICED (8)

I LOVE this tea. It truly does what it says. The hydration and thirst quenching claims are true. My husband is a personal trainer. He is the one who introduced me to SporTea. We live in Arizona, so heat and needing good hydration is a way of life. This stuff really helps beyond what sport waters and other products do. The only thing to be prepared for is, that you do not brew it in a tea pot or kettle. It is submerged in water and left to develop for several hours, or overnight in the fridge. I personally like the flavor after 24 hours. You need to plan ahead to have the tea ready for when you plan to need it. IT IS WORTH THE EXTRA EFFORT!

This tea is delicious and refreshing. Good quality ingredients like black and green tea, ginseng and more. I like the quart bags. I put one in a quart jar in the morning, fill it with water and put it in the fridge for the day. When I come home from work I take the bag out and its ready to drink. Delicious with a little sweetener added.

Ive been using Sportea for about 20 years. For my most recent purchase, the recipe seems to be a lot stronger than I remember the tea being- I ended up using only half as much tea as I used to use. Kind of odd, but it still tastes very good. The other thing is that the price for this has doubled over the last 10 years. I recall that it used to be pricey, but not prohibitively expensive, but that seems to be changing. How much do you want to spend on iced tea?

Ive used SPORTea on/off over the years. Its one of 2 teas that taste great (for me) without adding any sweetener. I just got the Contigo AUTOSEAL Pitcher with Infuser (72-oz). I carefully folded the bag to fit in the infuser with cut up cucumber and fill with filtered water and let steep in the fridge for a few hours and/or overnight. Just one 1-qt tea-bag lasts (for me) 2-pitchers full, (4-liters). And then I use the tea-infused cucumber in a Nutri-Blast and start over. lol.

very good, one of only a few places where I can get this tea. But it is still pricey.

This is a Christmas gift, so I have no idea what it tastes like. But the order arrived quickly and in great shape.

I love this tea, and have been drinking it for awhile now. It has a wonderful flavor with undercurrents of citrus and ginger, but not so strong as to be overpowering. I do notice a small kick of caffeine, but it is small - no jitters like I sometimes can get with black tea. Easy to cold-brew in the refrigerator by just putting the oversized, 1-QT bags in water and leaving it (I leave it overnight). Much better for you than soda!
