Metal, strong, ergonomic, minimal. Could not be happier. Way better than those mesh foldable things that Amazon Basics sells. Totally happy.

I ordered this stand to get better airflow to my 2012 Macbook Pro 13. While I am please with the quality, look, and the price, I would like to see grooves or ripples added to the rubber padding that the computer sits on to allow for improved airflow. The hottest area under my Macbook (back left near all the ports) is now almost completely covered with the rubber padding.

I mean, this certainly fulfills its function and creates space on my desk. Its at a comfortable height for typing and my neck doesnt suffer the way it was with my laptop just sitting on my desk. However, its not as stable as I would like and I have a VERY difficult time looking at the screen when Im typing because it wobbles so much and activates my vertigo. Like, right now my eyes are closed as Im typing this and Ill check for typos once Im all finished and can look at everything all at once. Not convenient when Im doing homework... So. It gets 3 stars, because now Im going to have to get a wireless keyboard because this is not sustainable.

This laptop stand is perfect for providing uncomplicated, eye-level viewing.

Spectacular addition to my home office setup. Highly recommend.
