100% worth the money great for games and it can be upgraded in the future

When we got the computer, everything was up and roaring to go with only windows updates and additional utilities needing attention. For the price, it was everything we could ever ask for and more. This product is by no means perfect, but it suits our expectations just fine. It has a great amount of RAM and memory and it would take a while to use it. Great product.

The computer did not work directly out of the box.

computer didnt work as internal wires were stripped causing computer to short out. It was a Christmas gift for my son and now he can play it. Instead of sending a new computer, i have to pack this computer up send it back, they will replace wires and send it back. So basically i am getting a refurbished computer at the price of a new computer a month later.

Really good PC for gaming! I’ve had it for a few days now and it’s been great. Pretty easy set up, just had to look up the manual online and take the stuffing out. It’s been running games like League of Legends amazingly. Really quick start up. Wifi attenas have been working fine, haven’t had any connection problems but I may connect via ethernet in the future if I can. I got a 144hz 1920x1080 resolution monitor to go with the PC and it looks so smooth! I’ve connected it via HDMI but plan to use display port in the future.

This PC is perfect for gaming I am able to play all games such as Rainbow 6 Siege, Just Cause 4, Apex Legends to name a few. RGB lights are a nice look to the PC, FSC are great! Keyboard and mouse work great as well, no issues with either. I use the PC daily and am very pleased with my purchase, would highly recommend this product!

Good pc

The PC was great Fast and clear for a beginner computer. However The PC had a power failure 3 days after delivery. I called Amazon to get them to exchange for a new one and spent 1 1/2 with several people on the phone and was told it can not be exchanged just a refund can happen. Was told they didn’t have any more but when I clicked on it it says in stock and can have it delivered in three days I ended up calling the manufacturer and they said the can repair it and and it back. Amazon didn’t even offer a repair. The PC came with a keyboard and mouse. On the Amazon list of what comes in the box it only says the power cord.

I have absolutely no regrets buying this computer. It’s my second one that I’ve had my whole life. My old computer was running slow and as each day went by, it went worse and worse. Finally, I got this computer. It’s an amazing computer and the performance is phenomenal. Very fast and games run smoothly and at 60FPS. I’ve fallen in love with my purchase and will definitely recommend it. It’s, for sure, a great price for a computer as great as this. When I was stumped on what to do in one step, because I couldn’t see anything on the screen even though the computer turned on, I reached out to customer services and they were so nice and patient with me. We quickly resolved the issue and now, this PC has been nothing but good to me. I also really love the new keyboard and mouse.
