It was about time to get my 10 year old a gaming rig, he lobbied for it pretty hard and has been good, so he deserves it. One or two friends encouraged me to build my own, but frankly, I dont have the bandwidth to spare for all the research that would go into that. Instead, for about $800 (dont forget taxes) I let the skytech people do the choosing for me, and so far were pretty happy campers.

Got it for my teenage son. I havent seen him since Christmas. As a low cost gaming PC that can also do normal school work, it cant be beat.

I have been so happy with this purchase so far. I mostly play Destiny on it and it usually runs at 200+ FPS. I upgraded the RAM to 16GB. Plan on adding a second monitor in the future. If I had any issue, it would be that the fans are loud. Everything else, top notch!

After much research, I ordered this system for my son. It was the most bang for your buck. Built with quality name brand parts. Lifetime tech support is a plus.

I love this computer! I immediately bought a 16GB memory upgrade (for roughly $60) to go with it, and it runs everything I need (the highest reqs being Cyberpunk 2077 on high settings - ultra works but is slower, high runs with no issues whatsoever). However, CHECK OUT THE INSIDE BEFORE YOU RUN ANYTHING - the CPU fan wasnt working, and I was worried I was going to have to return the computer, but upon closer look, it was simply hooked up incorrectly (missed a prong), and it was an easy fix. I could have melted my computer lol or returned it for no good reason if my dad hadnt noticed this. The lights are pretty and have plenty of settings. The keyboard and mouse included work perfectly well - my only complaint is that I wish the keyboard had more light color options or a program to use to change them (rather than just the button on the keyboard itself). Thats just cosmetic, though. No functionality complaints on anything!

It no longer powers on after 6 days and it will only let me return not replace my sons birthday gift he enjoyed for less then a week

So far so good. My son loves it.

When I purchased this product it was packaged very nice, and secured. It looked awesome. After opening the box I did not receive a set up guide and had to google it online. Got everything set up, plugged in the computer and the BIOS system came up. I exited saved and exited the BIOS system, the computer rebooted and it came back up. In the bios section under Hardware the SSD is not registering and came broken. On top of all that, Skytechs support is not open and I cant get help till Monday. Super frustrated.
