This product has met my expectations and runs great. Playing WOW is so amazing now compared to before. I love the elegance of the tower and the tempered glass with makes maintenance and upgrading super easy. The biggest downfall of the pc is I wish it had a better motherboard because the connection for mouse and key board were not usb but it came with a mouse and key board with usb. I do love this computer and it fits all my needs even makes photo editing and video editing so much easier. Worth the money and as the pc gets outdated it will be easy to get new parts to replace so in the long run you will be saving money. I gave them 5 stars for tech support because I bought my husband a new computer from there site very similar to this one but with a black tower, and the windows wasnt loading properly, the tech guy that helped me made is super easy and was so patient. I will definitely recommend skytech gaming to my friends and family.

GTX 3070, R5 5600 variant. it worked out of the box. components were as expected, MSI GPU, ASUS mobo and PSU. Ram was a strange brand, but worked fine. Ordered Q3 2021, prices are inflated due to the shortages so its hard to talk about value in any meaningful context. Gamers Nexus did a critical review of these PCs and they are the best hes found yet, Id recommend checking those out. The PC came with a low quality mouse and keyboard that worked fine. I didnt need to contact tech support for anything. The only bummer was the antenna for the wireless adapter, Id recommend getting some 90deg swivel antennas instead of this cheesy stand antenna on a long cable.

All I had to do was unbox and plug in. Setup seamless and smooth as glass. I got it for my daughter and she squealed in delight when she saw it up and running, she 28 years old. She hopped right on to load some of her games and started playing.

Just got started using PCs and this computer is very easy to use. The fans aren’t too loud and gaming on it is extremely satisfying.

I was blown away from the moment I began to unbox my PC, I knew it was going to be all the parts I needed, but I have no idea how well it was prepared for me and the peripherals that were included with it I had no idea were included with it being extremely high quality. I am a power user and someone who uses a large amount of user modifications so I can appreciate the level of design that went into the keyboard for sure its amazing. The Pc itself is beyond Satisfying. I love it from the feel of the casing to the glow of the lighting It is by far the best purchase Ive ever made and the most impressive display of customer service Ive ever seen in my life. I’m very pleased with this PC so far. I had a lot of concerns about buying prebuilt but am happy to say that after a bit less than a week I have had no issues. A major worry for me was buying without knowing the specifics for the motherboard/PSU etc., but from what I can tell they all ended up being solid parts. If the insert that was sent with the PC is to be believed it also went through quality checks and a CPU/GPU torture test. It was also delivered much more quickly than I had even hoped and well packaged (note, coronavirus is still a thing during the writing of this review). The cord management and general assembly seems orderly/neat and it runs cool and quiet even while running recent titles at max settings as the parts list should be expected to. The included peripherals aren’t particularly great but would serve well as backups for a better mouse/keyboard. If I were on the market for another prebuilt PC I would buy again from this company.

Best pre built ever! Yes it’s a little pricey but it’s well worth every penny

Runs very well. So far nothing wrong. Perfect as a starter pc.
