Good deal for the price I wasnt expecting much from the included mouse and keyboard but they are actually quite nice and light up. Only had one issue with the GPU fan snagging on a zip tie in the case but I was able to get inside and fix that issue rather quickly. I would recommend this pc.

Bought this computer for our 8 year old daughter! Its for gaming and casual use. Its honestly great! Came VERY WELL packaged! She loves it and we love as well. Runs Great! So far no issues. Can run most games just fine! Has extra space to add more fans/upgrade anything. I would have added a picture but my camera is broke. It looks just like the photo and It came really fast. Like 4 days earlier then we thought!

Amazing pc for the price and very quick shipping

I bought this gaming pc for my 13 year old son for Christmas. Hes been playing COD and Fortnite on ps4 for a few years. He loves the PC and hasnt been back on the playstation since Christmas. Setup was easy. Definitely no disappointments so far.

My PC arrived in one day as promised by Amazon. I do have a few issues though. First, the lighting on the rear RGB fan was DOA (fan still functions). 2nd, the mother board that I received did NOT have 4 ram slots as pictured, it only had 2. 3rd, instead of having 16 GB stick of RAM (as pictured), it had 2 8 GB slots. I reached out to Skytechs customer service about a week ago, but havent heard anything.

I read the reviews and saw the bad ones but thought “maybe they were unlucky, it should be fine.” It wasn’t. From start to finish, this computer was never usable. I received it and it was extremely slow to boot up, I couldn’t open any programs, let alone download ANYTHING. I contacted support the day we got it and they said they’d send a new SSD. Called back the next day to see if they’d shipped it, (they told us they’d do same day shipping + expedited) and they hadn’t even created a ticket! It took us calling / emailing every day for 4 days before they FINALLY created the ticket and the SSD didn’t get here until a week later! When it did get here, I didn’t have a chance to do anything. We put it in and the computer booted up, then suddenly in the middle of updates my monitors went black and the computer stopped registering on them. We tried several monitors and cables, nothing worked. I called tech who advised me to send the computer (that two and a half weeks later I still hadn’t been able to use at all) to them so they could take 6-8 weeks to diagnose it and then send it back. I returned it. I suggest anybody thinking of ordering from Skytech takes their low rated reviews seriously. This product is NOT worth the hassle or money when you could but one better for the same / less from ibuypower.

SSD broke within months. Complete rip off don’t buy.

I’ve been a gamer since I was a kid but haven’t played games on a PC since I was a teenager. I’ve really wanted to play some PC titles, especially VR, and the lack of available PS5 consoles these holidays finally pushed me to get a gaming PC. I got this on a cyber Monday deal and have been very happy.
