The flies have been horrible this year and these leggings are a lifesaver

EZ on and off, EZ to clean. 35 days after purchase he blew out the hind supports. Was hoping wed get thru summer at least :( Repaired with mesh but Unable to straighten out support.

These appear xxxc are really hard to find because they are really popular and work well. They don’t stretch and keep the flies off. I was going to have to wait for over 6 weeks for a pair from a tack website I order from. They said they were in stock and I got an email the next day saying both pairs (different sizes and colors were out of stock) so I went on here and had them in 2 days. Thank good because I bought another brand of flu boots, actually they were the same brand as the fly sheet I bought and within 2 days they back ones had stretched and would get down under her hooves (which seemed dangerous to me. I didn’t want her getting caught up in them).

My QH gelding seems to attract flies like a magnet especially to his lower legs. I’ve tried different sprays, feed through fly control (which helps for the rest of his body) but I would still come out to his legs bleeding or gross from fly bites. I put these on and the flies can’t figure them out. Although they are open at the top the flies don’t go in or down. He’s happy, I’m happy... the flies will have to find something else. As far as durability I’m not sure yet bc I haven’t had them long but they are thick and the velcro seems to hold well.

These Shoo Fly Leggings are a game changer. I have owned horses for the last 50 years and have never had anything as easy or as effective as these leggings to keep flies off of my horses legs. They have completely quit stomping to remove flies. Our last farrier visit was amazing. There were no chips in their hooves and splits were growing out. It is so nice to see that my horses are at ease and comfortable. They spend much more time outside grazing rather than in the barn avoiding flies. As these leggings wear out, I will replace them. I would give them more stars if I could.

Shoofly Leggins are easy to put on and stay up all day with no slouching. Definitely worth the money.

I kind of wish these closed at the top or something. It seems like flies and dirt and whatnot can just run down the top. Otherwise, they seem to work well and my horse thinks she is fancy with them on and now only runs from place to place. There is no walking. She is Flash.

Definitely skeptical at first because of the design but definitely happy I looked at ratings and reviews!! These work great!! The white horse was getting eaten alive by the flies around his ankles. All the blood spot left made me sad. Put these fly boots on and he is one heck of a happy boy! I liked them so much I got a pair for my mare too. Some of the best money I have spent on fly control and definitely recommend these to other horse owners!

The best thing I’ve bought for my horse! An absolute must have during fly season! I’ve convinced so many others in my barn to get them too! More than anything it saves their feet from stomping all day long!
