I was a little disappointed, it somewhat as described but hyped up to be more than it is, not a big fan and honestly would send it back if I hadnt thrown out the box. Is a bit flimsy. The only upside to other spray mops is that you can use other cleaning products if you so choose.

I used to use a dust buster to clean up the kitties room (cat litter mostly). It sucks up everything in it’s path. The head lights sound silly to have but it’s amazing what you can see. They are a keeper! I now use it on any and all tile and hardwood floors daily. Not having to bend over (the dust buster) AND how clean my floors are what is life changing! You won’t be disappointed. If you are, then something is wrong with either the machine or how you are using it. It’s beyond simple so user error would be highly unlikely. Don’t hesitate to buy and then ENJOY!

I normally love Shark Ninja products, but I wish I hadnt spent money on this cordless vacuum/mop combination. While it does vacuum small things such as crumbs and it does spray cleaning solution that can then be mopped up by the pad, it fails on so many other points that Im left disappointed. First, you cannot wet clean and vacuum at the same time. The vacuum trigger disables the spray mechanism, so if I want to use the solution, I have to vacuum the area before I clean. If Im going to make two passes, I might as well use a real vacuum, which sucks up more, and my Bissell SpinWave, which cleans better. This Shark Vacmop does not decrease the work of using two machines. For that reason, its better for touch-up than it is for thorough cleaning. I had hoped that it could save me time, but it doesnt. Second, the disposable pads hold both vacuumed debris AND the dirty, Swiffer-like pad. You cannot empty the bin without throwing away the pad, and you cannot replace the pad without throwing away the whole thing. Unless you want to start cleaning with a dirty pad, youll have to replace after every use. And if Shark stops producing the disposable pieces, Ill be stuck with a useless VacMop. Third, the VacMop does not stand up on its own. It either has to be propped up against a wall or hung. Fourth -- and another reason this is good for touch-up only, not serious cleaning -- the battery charge lasts about 15 minutes. Usually, thats plenty for me to clean my kitchen floor since only the vacuum and the spray mechanism require power, making the actual cleaning power-free. But I dont like that I can only clean one room at a time. But there is some good that comes with this Shark VacMop. The cordless design is convenient, especially if you have a way to charge it while it is stored. (I have to lay mine out on the floor to charge since it doesnt stand upright and since I dont want to mar the paint on my walls.) It works as well as a Swiffer wet mop, but with the addition of a vacuum. The included cleaning solution doesnt leave a film on my hardwood floors, and it seems to clean them pretty well. My Bissell SpinWave does a much better job at actual cleaning since this VacMop doesnt have any moving parts, but for what it is, the VacMop works well. I like that this Shark VacMop can provide a no-frills touch-up to my kitchen floors, but Im disappointed in the cost of replacing the bin/pad after every use and the need to make two passes, one to vacuum and one to mop. I had expected it to do everything in one go. Even though I ordered more pads, Im not sure how long Ill stick with this before I decide to give it away. -- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

I like the vacuum part. It has good suction. I also like that it is cordless . I don’t do well with cords. However, I do not like the cleaning pads when they get wet. They are too flimsy and tend to fold up causing it’s casing to scrape the floor. Friends said the same thing. Of course, it could be something I’m not doing correctly.

The idea of this product is great but when you actually use the product you find out for yourself the pain in the butt it can be! I used the vac part on my floor. Then I used the mop part. The crumbs and dirt came out while I was mopping. I went to put rugs back after the floor dried and the vacuum part didnt get all of it. I would use this for a quick clean up but the original broom, mop and bucket are the way to go. Swiffer works better and picks up more hair and dirt.

The charger, solution and 2 pads were missing from my order. The package for the pads clearly say 12, but there are only 10. I called Shark support and they are sending me the charger and solution. For the missing pads, theyre saying they dont sell packs of 12, even though the packaging clearly says 12. I cant give a review on the functionality of this Vacmop but will update later.

I hoped to use this daily to get up pet fur on tile floors and then clean the floors a few times a week. However, the pads do not hold very much fur. Id have to use a new one every day, and they are expensive. It does have enough suction and is capable of vacuuming and cleaning.

I brought this last year and it is still working. I love the vacuum and mop options.
