Fast and reliable. Have installed many games to this and it never seems to slow it down.

With today’s current laptops, running the more expensive SSD hard drives inside as well as the proliferation of cloud storage, most of us still need bulk storage space. It’s kind of a brilliant docking station because it has a lot of ports you would need to minimize your desktop while combining an external 4 TB hard drive for storage, and has a speed test of about 250 R/W. There is an expansion slot on one end that is really easy to access with an M.2 form factor to add NVMe drive. I do not have one of these handy, but I am curious to know if this works in conjunction with the current drive. I have doubts that it does.

Installation was a matter of removing it from the box, plugging it in and formatting my PS4 to accept the hard drive as extended storage, which the instructions clearly explain how to do. Now, I can hold more than four games on my PS4

Takes about 2 minutes to get set up and took me a little over an hour to to transfer about 800 gb from the system hard drive to the seagate. Great buy and totally worth it.

This was a great and easy way to add extra storage for more games on my PS4! Now I don’t have to worry about deleting games to download new ones. Definitely worth spending to get this drive.

I will contact provider for replacement , faulty, it did not work.
