EDIT 1 YEAR+: After a year of use it burned out. Lost all my data. I would not recommend this 4 TB unit as a permanent solution. Instead buy a Solid State Drive.

I’ve always needed more storage capacity for the PS4. Now that I have it, i can play more games that I want without deleting it. And what’s also great is that it can connect with the PS5 to play PS4 games on it which leaves even more space for the internal PS5 storage to play PS5 titles.

I like the 3 year warranty. Price for what its worth is still a bit high for the size of it even though it was on sale.

Was not a fan of digital at first but theres so many games now for under $10 I could not afford to miss and its a good price

Arrived before estimated time, only took 5 days to come to Peru, its awesome to store all my ps4 games in one small drive

Worked great until I had to replace my PS4. My new PS4 slim cannot detect it.

The only reason I gave this steaming pile of crap one star is because I can’t post a review without doing so. Don’t buy this thing. After two weeks of use, I got error messages non stop and the damn thing no longer works as of this morning. It reached the point to where it no longer connects to my PS4 even though every thing is plugged in and there’s zero wear and tear on the connection cords. Save yourself the hassle and frustration and get something else. I’m gonna take this thing to range and use it as target practice, at least then I’ll finally haven gotten some use out of it.
