This is a fantastic SSD. I carry mine on me every single day and I love how portable it is. I work in an IT department and it works with all of the different OS that I work with (Chrome, Windows, Linux, etc.) It is nice to know that I have a reliable Hard Drive with me at all times.

Everything loads faster

The 500GB is a lie, its 400 and something but actually less, I could just transfer around 150 GB and it was full.

Excellent product for the price I paid, the hard drive is very fast and looks sturdy.

Very useful and compact

This external is absolutely perfect for my needs. I bought the 2TB version and it has become my everything drive. I love having all of this space in such a portable form factor! Its actually smaller than I expected it to be and it slips perfectly in my pocket and disappears because its so lightweight. Of course, dont rely on a drive like this alone as your only backup. I have a 12TB NAS with redundancy that I use to back up this SSD (among other things) and my NAS is automatically backed up via Backblaze, so I have three locations (Backblaze being remote), and I have redundancy on my NAS so if one of those drives fails then I can replace it without losing anything.

This drive is very cute. It is smaller than I expected, has a nice feel to the material, and it is sufficient for my needs. It comes with a little adapter in case your machine does not have type-c USB port. I will update this if I run into any problems, but I am happy so far.
