Giving Samsung drive a try. Have used spinning drives from another manufacturer with varying degree of success over the years. Solid state are cheap enough dont think will go back to portable spinning drives.

I purchased this ssd hard drive as a photo and video storage hard drive. This hard drive works perfect directly connected to my iPad Pro. It is fast enough to to edit 4K videos in LumaFusion without an issue at all. I have not tried 5K but I am sure this ssd can handle it. This has also been a great back up storage option on a NAS mobile system I use while on vacation.

Awesome hard drive. Im using it to boot up my iMac that cam with a 5400 hard drive. The speed boost is phenomenal. Great value for what you get.

Cant speak for everyone but Ive always had good experiences with Samsung products and this ssd is no exception. Fast and reliable like the last 3 Ive purchase. Used this one on my Xbox series X and the games transfer and load speeds are night and day, almost as fast as the internal stock storage.

Huge capacity for a slim package. Feels very well built. Synced with my HP windows 10 laptop without any difficulties.

Es un disco duro super bueno, muy confiable, y de un tamaño muy contenido, funciona super bien con un puerto usb 3.0 o superior, las velocidades de transferencia son en verdad altas. Trae dos cables uno para usb tipo c y otro para el tipo A. No hace ruido, se calienta un poco pero nada fuera de lo normal. Y con dos terabytes me va a llevar bastante llenarlo. Excelente calidad.

Plug and play with Xbox one x, faster than the internal storage. Pro tip, put a water bottle cap under the drive so you can elevate the drive and enhance cooling, do the same for your Xbox. Heat is the great hardware killer.
