I originally got these for the long battery life, but was also impressed by the great sound quality and comfortable fit.

The galaxy buds plus are great and everything as Samsung Promised. They charge fast, they sound amazing, they look beautiful, and have all these amazing features like ambient mode, tracking, great battery life, etc. Only thing Im upset with is Amazon. They were estimated 2 week delivery on Prime but they didnt even show up. They came 5 days late. Thats nearly 3 weeks where as Samsung couldve delivered them in 4 days. Im very upset and disappointed. Great product but never buying anything important like electronics from Amazon ever again. Dont waste your time ordering from Amazon when it comes to Samsung products, just go directly to Samsung where you can get fast free shipping and even discounts. In short i shouldve never wasted my time ordering these from Amazon and you shouldnt either.

there great for sound and the features are a must to have. i will say the boost and treble are not that great compared to other earbuds. but other then that i say, get em..but not for the price there asking for

When these are working, they’re great. Sound is good, they’re comfortable and stay in your ear, battery lasts a decent amount of time, and they look nice. However, I ordered these in May and they’ve stopped working now. The left bud seems completely dead (won’t charge, connect, or turn on) and the right one isn’t charging properly. After 24 hours in the charging case, I’m at ~50%. One of the troubleshooting options is to update the app, but you can’t do that if both buds aren’t connected and working. Now I’ll probably have to jump through hoops with Samsung.

I had the Galaxy Buds, and then upgraded to the Buds+. I take very good care of them when in use, and they stay in their case while not being used. Last month the right bud stopped working completely. It was so bad that I thought there was something wrong with my ear. $160 thrown away.

I had been looking for a stereo bluetooth headset/ hat had good battery life and great sound without breaking the bank. You get up to 11 hours of battery life on a full charge and when you use the Ambient feature you can still pump up the music/videos and listen to the World around you. These Ear Buds Plus are really nice for a Stereo Hands Free Solution for your mobile phone.
