I had revived a renewed pair from another seller and they didnt work. I almost didnt order this set, but Im glad I did. Fits a little uncomfortable in the ear, but Ive gotten used to it. Use them almost all day and I only charge them twice a week.

My bf says they are the best gift hes had for his bday! Super happy about that!

I have to use an Iphone for work. These are TECHNICALLY compatible through the apple app, but they dont actually work. When I am sitting at a desk they worked fine. However, once I started moving and going outside they would disconnect from my phone... every 60 seconds! They cant hold a bluetooth connection. Worked with support to troubleshoot everything and they can help. It is so frustrating to be out on a ride and lose audio over and over and over again. Since I cant use them for the intended purpose of working out, these are useless to me.

These have excellent full range sound quality with good detail. Unfortunately the tips supplied dont go deep enough into my ear canal to get a tight sound leak proof fit. I have to fight with them every time to get them in a good enough position accidentally triggering the touch controls in the process. The depth of the earpiece is part of the problem. I have used wired buds in the past and due to their slim nature, there is no impediment to get a good sound seal with a similar tip size. I am looking for replacement tips that offer a bit more flexibility in getting a good tight fit. Disappointed for 150 buds that there were not more ear tip options included. The wing tips dont offer anything useful for my situation.

The right earbud is not working correctly. The volume is too low that you cant really hear anything outdoors.

I bought these and the regular Buds on Prime day. These are awesome if you can spend the extra money. The sound quality is night and day between these and the regular Buds. The Buds are mostly treble and people hard a hard time hearing me when doing phone calls. There is much more bass in Buds+ and the charging case has better features. Also, the sound quality was much better for phone calls. The Buds+ were 30 more on prime day. For 30 dollars more its a no brainer to go with the Buds+, if that deal comes back again. If you have a Samsung phone and are on a budget the Buds are good. If you swing he extra money get the Buds+, you wont regret it.

I have a low tone voice that many blue tooth mics make it impossible for people to hear me, even with yelling. These on the other hand, everyone can hear me. I also noticed I can hear everyone who I talk to on the phone and music. they fit in my ears and dont easily fall out. I love them!!

I work in a factory and my old earbuds would only last 2 hours because of how loud it is in the building. These last through both of my shifts. Also the ability to allow ambient noise, or not, is awesome as well. If I have a coworker nearby I can make it so that I can listen to them as well as the music. Or not ;)
