So happy I got this. My computer was dying and after some research I got this. I took it to a computer repair place to install it and my computer works like new now.

Got this installed alongside my 970 evo and it’s read/write speed is on par if not better than the 970. Great deal for a 1tb drive.

It connected super easy, computer loads everything faster than I could dream, and stores so much on such a small item, but beware if your motherboard doesn’t already have it you need to buy the screws to attach the hard drive to the motherboard.

Needs to be partitioned and formatted prior to use. For Win10 or 11 use Disk Management. Google it if youre not familiar. Upgrading a 128GB WIN10 internal system drive to 1TB. Using Samsung Data Migration software to clone took about 45 mins. Will update after ripping my MSI laptop apart and installing the drive.

From being an user of HDDs this was a big change, OS and games loads in matter of seconds.

After wasting days trying to figure out why my Sabrent stick doesnt show I gave up and bought this Samsung...Just works right off the bat. A bit more expensive, but if you have an Alienware R10 and want to add storage, the Samsung works perfectly.

It was a bit of a trouble to set up even though it was plug and play. A little tweaking and got it working. Overall it has been a huge improvement

Works as advertised...Samsung is a great product.
