I purchased two of these knowing they are a good M.2 ssd but once setup they are not recognized via the samsung app Migration to another identical samsung m.2. In my research I found the recommendation to load the samsung ACHI driver, but it would not load because it too could not find the attached drive. Win10 file manager could see it!!! Complete waste of money! I am now using WD m.2 Blue and using Acronis to clone and working great. From what I learned in my research, this is a well known problem in the community and samsung is aware of it, and has known for some time.

Does NOT include screw, that’s the only downside but not big enough to complain about

The install of the SSD (500GB) was pretty easy in my Dell inspiron 15. The recognition of the SSD was spot on but the cloning gave me problems the first time then after hours of reading it installed easily with the Samsung Magician software. My boot up time went from about 3 min to 13 seconds and it still isnt getting the top speed of 2500 or 3500 (not sure). Im getting 1750. Very nice product!!!

Great for storing files but be careful; with too many AAA games it will fill up quickly

I purchased this drive to upgrade a HP all in one computer that originally came with a slow 5400 rpm hard drive. The computer had a nvme slot since it was an option from HP. From HP, the drive would have added almost $500 to the cost at the time of purchase about 3 years ago.
