Still 3 weeks later i have contacted samsung and no help since then i went to western digital no problems i guess when a company gets so BIG that their customers are not worth their support !!

> 3 dayPretty much just removed the cooling pipe, inserted the drive, turned the lock, and put the cooling pipe back on. I had to tell the computer it had a new drive but thats just basic PC stuff. Heres my build, rock stable and fast as hell!

Greater than one weekI purchased two of these, one for my Acer laptop which came with a 256 GB drive, andhis Acer which has a 500 GB drive. I have cloned my drive to this new one using Aomei Backupper, a very simple process. Id have done the same with his but couldnt pry it out of his meathooks today. Maybe tomorrow.

> 3 dayThis upgrade worked great. Aurora A7, replaced 1TB spindle with Optane in front of it with this M.2 stick. The longest part of the upgrade was cloning the spindle onto the new M.2, which worked great - used the Samsung cloning software.

> 3 daySamsung SSDs are generally great and a good way to go. Only reason I havent given it a 5star rating is because you can get other decent ssds for cheaper.
