Primera vez que al ocupar el PC todo es casi instantáneo, no tengo tiempo de esperada en nada ni juegos ni aplicaciones

Not sure if I got a returned unit, if someone tampered with it in transit, or if the seal was broken during package handling. but the seal was broken upon arrival. Otherwise this is a great drive.

I didnt realize HOW much faster gen-4 was. This drive flies. I had a 970 (*gen 3) and then upgraded when these dropped in price. Im glad I decided to pull the trigger on an upgrade!

I had a previous fantastic experience with the 980 Pro on my gaming rig. Maybe Im a fanboy, but when it comes to SSDs I have always favored Samsung Pro brand SSDs, and to date, none have failed me. Thankfully! Therefore no regrets. I ordered the 1TB version of this drive, but to my dismay, I received the 500GB version. Whoever put the amazon label on the box must have blundered, (or did a swap?). I didnt even open it, but arranged a pretty painless return, and this time, I got the correct capacity. I installed this in a Lenovo Yoga 730, which took quite a bit of steps to get into the bios, and make a series of changes, in correct sequence, to get to boot from USB stick. I could then load Paragon, and copy my main drive to this model, and extend its partition size to use this whole drive as my C. Nothing about this drive is dissapointing. My read/write speeds are about identical at 3400-3500MB/s in crystal disk. I think this laptop is only NVME 3.0, so Ive not seeing the full speed. Still its faster than the intel model it replaced. I always recommend the 980 Pros. There is a concern on earlier firmware revisions of some of these drives. May want to look into it, or run Magician and update firmware regardless. Yeah, buy this if you want good performance, and reliability. Price is decent too!

This is now my fourth M.2 Samsung SSD in 970 EVO and 980 Pro models, all 2 TB, 2 in a laptop and 2 in a gaming tower. Love them. They read and write fast, dont seem to overheat or cause my case temps to raise more than usual, and Ive never had a failure of any kind.

Love how I can have 5 of these on my Mother board. Fast and Ill not run out of storage for quite some time.

Really pleasantly surprised with this m2 drive. This is the first NVMe drive I’ve purchased and installation should normally be quick and painless! The standoff m.2 heatsink that came with my X570 Aorus elite (wifi) MB decided to completely shear off under light pressure. Including the threaded piece that the standoff actually screws into.. Go figure.

Samsung is synonymous to high quality so the drive itself needs no introduction. Just make sure you are giving it appropriate cooling depending on what you want to install it on. In a high airflow desktop PC with ample space to dissipate heat, it wont need more than the out of the box sticker which is also a cooling pad. If you want to install it on a laptop or a PlayStation 5, then you may need something better.
