> 24 hourI have replaced all of the boot drives in my computers with SSDs. I have mostly bought Samsung drives, although they are a little bit more expensive. The Samsung Magician software, can be used to clone the old drive exactly, which makes the transition all the more easy. Unfortunately, the software will not work with anything but a Samsung drive as the target drive for cloning.

> 24 hourThis is a very nice SSD with huge capacity for the price. Upon testing with Blackmagic Disk Speed test on my M1 Mac Mini, I found that speeds are initially excellent (450 MB/s write and 455 MB/s read), but writes drop off dramatically once the SLC fills.

> 24 hourBeing new to SSD, I may not know everything there is about the device. But so far it has worked as expected. So after a few weeks nothing to complain about.

> 24 hourThe Samsung 870 QVO SSD was the best option I found for quickly adding 2TB of storage to my new NUC Box2. I have used a lot of Samsung SSDs in the past, but usually buy the EVO and never had problems with them. This size in the EVO was cost prohibitive for just using it as extra storage. If it were for the main drive I mightve gone ahead with the extra cost, but its just storage. This is the first QVO Ive tried. So far it is great for my intended use. Will update if any problems arise, but so far it has been smooth sailing.

> 24 hourÉ um bom SSD, mas não sabia da diferença das células QLC pras outras, esse tem uma escrita extremamente lenta para arquivos grandes, mais lento mesmo que um HD comum. Precisei transferir mais de 30 GB de arquivos para ele e nos primeiros segundos estava tudo ok, porém 10 ou 20 segundos depois a velocidade caiu para 80 MB/s, enquanto um HD comum geralmente escreve a 150~200 MB/s.
