I connected it to my desktop PC and it didnt show up. I went to disk management and it showed it had two partitions. One was 2048gb and the other was around 1930gb.

This drive never worked for me, it showed up on my device manager but didn’t show the drive storage itself. I wasn’t sure if it was my pc or the drive itself. I tried basically everything to fix it to make it work and no solution so I bought a different hard drive recently and it works perfectly with no problems.

I have the .5TB drive for storage, which has performed flawlessly for the last two years. Ive noticed that my internal hard drive shows signs of failure so Im cloning it with this 1Tb. Unfortunately, I should have waited a day and saved another $25. Its all good as I still need the drive which I consider a great value at the price I paid.

Data transfer is as advertised. Bench mark test shows 550Mb/sec Read, 530Mb/sec Write. Easy to install, plug and use. Clone took 1:31 to complete from 5400 rpm HDD, using Samsung SSD data transfer.

Bought my first 1tb SSD and hooked it up and read speed was 554 and write speed was 87 so I returned it and bought another one and the new one read speed is 551 and write speed is 511 so Im keeping this one!
