> 24 hourI like almost everything about this backpack except for the actual back part. The design is clean and straightforward, and I like the pocket layout. For me, it is as excellent professional looking backpack. My issues are with the part that actually touches my back. The straps are too thin width-wise. For what can be carried, they do not distribute the weight quite enough. I also think the straps are too close together, and dont sit well on my shoulders. This is more of a personal preference as I am a bigger guy. Finally there is just something off about how it rests on ones back. I think the straps are a little too short, or in slightly the wrong place, but it just doesnt quite sit right on my back. The features I like are enough for me to continue using it, and for my purposes it fits the bill the best out of other options I considered, but isnt quite perfect

> 24 hourAfter months of use, I love this backpack! It’s everything I need and nothing I don’t, love the brand and the look, hasn’t ripped anywhere nor has the stitching undone itself. I do wish it was just a hair bigger, but love it overall!

> 24 hourI bought a small backpack because I needed a specific one that would work on many airlines as a personal bag and that had the trolley strap if my back got tired. I do have to trim down what I want to carry, but then its lighter, so it serves its purpose well. Nicely made. Its lasted over several long and short trips.

> 24 hourMi novio es doctor y ahora con la pandemia debe trasladarse con sus equipos médicos para brindar atención a domicilio, le encantó el material y la variedad de compartimientos que trae la mochila. Es muy práctica y también brinda un aspecto más profesional.

> 24 hourI ordered in the SMALLEST size instead of a purse to use as a personal item allowed on airlines in addition to your carryon. The description of size is correct. It is 15.5 x 10.5 x 5. I can fit my Dell Inspiron 13 (11.6 x 8.5 laptop) in the laptop compartment with room to spare even in a protective case and with the power cord. The middle compartment has a slot for a tablet and/or a folder of documents, and enough space for the quart size container of liquids you have to pull out for TSA and a rolled up rain jacket. There is a net slot in which I can place a USB hub and mouse and other cables. The front compartment has 2 pen slots and 2 other slots - the smaller slot holds my LG earbud case and the larger my cellphone when in transit. There is a zippered compartment on the opposite side in which a US passport in an RFID sleeve fits perfectly. There are also slots for wat appears to be credit cards which I do not use for that purpose. I use them for other incidentals. This bag serves me better than a travel purse and it frees up my carryon for other essentials. It makes the TSA security process go smoothly since I only have to open this bag and not my carryon. The bag is well-padded and comfortable to carry and frankly the shoulder straps are beefier than they need to be adding to the bulkiness. I love the slot in the back that allows me to slip the bag over the extended handle of my carryon. There are 3 things that prevents this item getting a 5-star. 1. There is NO WATER BOTTLE HOLDER. I think this is a big oversight on the part of Samsonite. Who doesnt carry water? Putting a cold water bottle that has condensation on the outside is not good to put inside this pack with electronics. 2. The zipper tabs are not designed to install a security device. In crowded subways, public transit etc, a simple security lock is a good deterrent for opportunist pick pockets. 3. Unlike the larger models of this bag, the laptop compartment does not open fully to lie flat in order to go through a TSA scanner which would avoid having to remove your laptop and tablet for scanning. #2 and #3 are not barn burners, but the lack of water bottle holder is. I have a waist pack that does have a bottle holder but I hate having to wear it in addition to this pack, so I am trying to figure out a way I can attach one to the side of the bag.

> 24 hourMy husband has really enjoyed the “layout/design” of this backpack except that the seams are already starting to fall apart.
