Just over a month after buying, using casually twice a week for work. Two of the main zippers started to open after being zipped. Questioning how long it will last. Quite disappointed.

Great size.

Bought this based on the Samsonite brand. I am a heavy business traveler and expected more from this item. Found a sizeable hole this morning in the bottom corner of the area where the laptop stows, and I think I lost items from that area in the airport last night. Very unhappy and expected much more of Samsonite.

Very good quality. I’ve traveled with it a lot. No issues after almost a year. And it meets under the seat specs for every airline I’ve used in the past year...(United, AA, Delta and Aer Lingus) If I had one complaint it would be that it doesn’t have great bottom padding.

Great design, with good compartments.

A gift for my son. Hes been traveling and asked for a new backpack.

Good quality and design. My perfect solution to carry my 13in laptop plus additional stuff in the other 2 compartments. Ideal if you do not want to carry more than that and do not want to look like a Ninja Turtle with big, baggy backpacks hanging from your back.
