The best purchase made to help keep my son in his seatbelt. He is disabled and likes to unbuckle and move around the cab. These keep him secured and safe!!!

My husband had several strokes. And because of that he doesn’t realize what is safe and what is unsafe so when I take him to go somewhere in the vehicle he would try to unbuckle his seatbelt and open the car door going down the road. So we had to move him into the backseat where are the child lock years and I had to use this little doodad to keep him from unlocking his seatbelt. I have to say the money I spent on this was the best money I’ve ever spent! He no longer tries to unbuckle his seatbelt anymore because he knows that thing is on there and he can’t. He seems more content as well thank you for having such a wonderful product!

Highly recommend this if you have a curious little one who is into unbuckling while youre driving! Keeps my 4-year-old Houdini buckled in! The only thing I recommend is that you not let your little one wear sunglassses if youre using this.... mine figured out how to use his to unbuckle it, so no more sunglasses for him in the car!

I only use the part that goes on the clip insert but it works great. It sits on the clip insert (the female part) rather loosely, but once the belt (male) part goes in, it has nowhere to go. Absolutely keeps my autistic little one from unbuckling herself.

My 11 yr old autistic child worked at it to unbuckle. Loved she couldnt unbuckle but ended up squirming out of belt due to her skinny body.

I LOVE this product! It comes with the buckle cover and the clamp to prevent the seatbelt from getting pulled loose through the booster seat. The buckle button cover portion is very sturdy... I accidentally ran it over with my car, and no cracks or stress Marks at all! My child likes to get out of his seat when Im driving and that is one of the scariest things! Hes only gotten out of this twice... because I didnt clamp the seatbelt close enough. This is perfect for Houdini toddlers and extra special adults who need extra precautions. Genius idea and works very well! The only thing I would change is to have a little break off bar you can jam into the hole if you need to unbuckle them in an emergency.

This seat belt lock is so easy to use and it works great. It just stretches to fit your buckle for easy install. My son was constantly unbuckling his car seat, but with this he cant unbuckle while we are driving down the road anymore!!

If you have a child that doesnt quite understand that taking their seat belt off is dangerous yet loves to see your reaction when they do it while youre driving, this product is for you!!! Once my son realized hed get a reaction out of me if he unlatched his seat belt while I was driving, it became impossible to drive him anywhere by myself. I had to always have someone in the car sitting next to him. Luckily, I came across this product and it changed our life (well, at least our life while driving). Now that he realizes he cant undo the seat belt, we dont have any issues in the car like we used to. He doesnt fight going into the car any more, probably because its just a much more enjoyable experience. I know I was tense with worry wondering if he was going to undo his seat belt. Im sure he picked up on that (us parents of special needs kids know how intuitive our kids are to our feelings). Such a simple device but such a huge relief!!

This is a must have product for anyone with a special needs child that constantly unbuckles themself. My 6 year old with nonverbal autism was repeatedly unbuckling her 5 point harness car seat no matter what I did to try and prevent her from unbuckling. We decided to switch her to the regular seat belt in a booster seat and so far after installing this buckle device, she hasn’t been able to get out of the lap portion of the belt. She can still remove the shoulder part of the belt, but at least with the lap portion still on she can’t get out of her seat while I’m driving.

This product is a great solution for keeping our special-needs child buckled in when were driving in the car. It works great with standard-size seatbelts. My SUV has Fords new air-bag inflatable seat belts in the middle row that has a larger than standard buckle. I unfortunately havent found a lock that will fit those buckles, but this works great in my wifes car or if we use it in the 3rd row of my car which has standard seat belts. You just have to be careful what theyre holding while theyre buckled in as my child has found out how to unbuckle using objects like sun glasses or small toys.
