Im starting my fitness journey and my trainer suggested this powder. Im pleasantly surprised at how good this tasted in vanilla creme! I only mixed it with water and it tastes like a milkshake-- none of that chalky taste other brands can have. Ill actually look forward to my shake after a workout.

Ive always taking gold standard but its getting higher Everytime I order..or its out of stock. Rule 1 taste as good and about the same ingredients. Ill buy again.

Love the macros and short ingredient list. But the flavor is bad. I have had 4 of the other flavors in this line and they are all great, but this one is grossly artificial tasting. Do not recommend.

The flavor is great, but once you shake it, it gets very frothy and foamy. I have to wait 5 minutes just for the froth to settle. I’ve tried using large and small blender bottles, cold and room temp water and nothing works. It doesn’t seem like a big deal, but it’s pretty darn annoying.

Been taking protein powders for over 20 years now and this is up there and perhaps the best. First thing I noticed was they dont do what most companies do and fill the jug up like barely over half way. It is filled almost to the top. It is very light clean tasting but a lot of times from what I have had, that means watery with minimal taste. If you are on a cut and watching every last calorie, this is a great choice. I am a huge vanilla hound and this was up there with the best vanilla I have ever had. The chocolate fudge was ok but not as good. Fruity pebbles I bought off the actual company site was good. The reviews there are correct in that it taste like the milk from the cereal. Salted Carmel was really good too.

I wish i had found out about this stuff sooner. I was drinking crappy grocery store brands. Those cheap kinds are poorly manufactured with harsh chemicals and causes the protein to denature. they also have a ton of filler and extra calories. sometimes they put cheap creatine and stuff you dont want in it too.. Ive noticed quite a difference in muscle gains as well as a lot of ppl have stated. Dont waste your money on other kinds. THIS IS THE ONE! rule 1. Its actually cheaper when you buy it here in bulk. My friend was going to buy some protein and i was happy to inform him that Rule 1 is the best. I would never drink any other protein. Taste is great too. Im so happy with rule 1 that i had to go on here and write a review. as a consumer advocate i highly recommend it.

My go to protein powder. Just add less water than you would with others because the flavor dilutes easily. Highly recommend!
