> 3 dayI just bought this so no leaking so far. I just sprained my ankle and this was very helpful. I had been using one of those plastic bags you put in a cooler and it was lumpy and painful to use. I used the gel pack (I bought the 5 x 10) on my ankle and it was so much more comfortable. I also used it on my knees and shoulder. It didnt stay cold long, but long enough for all that.

> 3 dayWe have 2 family members who have had recent surgeries. One was given a hip brace with some ice packs that velcro into it (which the ice packs did NOT fit into the brace because when they were frozen, the gel beads SWELLED up so much that they would not fit!) & one was given an ice machine. We ended up having to rotate the two of them between the ice machine, which meant the ice machine was in pretty much constant use all day long between the two of them. We also used ice packs but I was SO frustrated because our ice packs were small, so we had to keep using multiple ones, & they would thaw quickly because they were so small. It was a constant process of me making ice all day & night for the ice machine because buying ice was way too costly at $6 PER DAY between the 2 of them, & having to freeze the small ice packs. I was SO OVER IT ALL, but knew they needed pain & swelling relief, so I scrolled Amazon, read many reviews, & determined which type of ice pack we needed. I knew we needed the fabric covered kind because it is most flexible & conforms to the intended area (surgery, injury, etc) more easily as it softens, as well as being FAR more COMFORTABLE than the hard plastic ice bricks you use in coolers. I also knew I wanted an ice pack with a FINISHED fabric bound EDGE, after reading about some of the ice packs that are heat sealed {?} on the ends coming apart & leaking. I knew we also needed an ice pack that would work on a hip, knee, shoulder, etc. without needing a bunch of different sizes. I read reviews for this ice pack & decided to order it. WOW!!!! It has been a GAME CHANGER!!!! It has worked FABULOUSLY for knees, hips, etc!!! It also fits on my teen between the hip brace, where the included ice packs wont even fit. My teen would go to sleep with this on her hip & sleep all night with it. It would last for several hours. This ice pack has worked SO WELL that I purchased another & am purchasing a 3rd & 4th because we have another surgery coming up, & I want to have one frozen & ready at all times. I am SO thankful to have these ice packs & pain relief at the ready for my family. The gel in the 3 sections has remained EQUAL & there are ZERO issues with the ice pack. We keep them laying FLAT in our freezer & do NOT put anything on top of them. They are FABULOUS!!!!!!! I WOULD purchase this ice pack again!

> 3 dayI bought one of these before and then I ordered two additional for my back injury. Then my wife dropped a hammer on her foot and it helped to prevent additional swelling and bruising. They stay cold for about 1-2 hours and will stay warm to hot for about 1 hour. This product is truly amazingly built to help meet your comfort needs. I encourage others to also by this product. They also come in multiple sizes from ones that fit the neck, whole back and smaller one that fits other extremities. I the smaller extremity and the neck comes in 1-2 packs and the large is only available in a one pack. I wish they had an option for a two pack just like the others for the whole body.

> 3 dayHighly recommend getting the double pack. These are large enough, I tossed it over the back of my recliner, and rested my neck and the back of my head on it. Bliss, for the first time in days worth of migraine pain. Plus they get frosty FAST. If one warms up, I pull the second out, if I end up needing it again, the first is already frozen again. Yet still soft and comfy to put my head on. These are large enough(think almost standard heating pad size) to use for back pain, leg, shoulder, ect. Very happy with these!

> 3 dayI use these for my shoulders, elbows, knees and ankles. I love the product so much I have bought it three times! I always have one ready in the freezer and can swap them out quickly. I had a torn rotator cuff and these were ESSENTIAL to my recovery. Playing basketball on concrete for 35 years has done some damage to my knees, and these ice packs/freezer packs are LIFESAVERS for my knees. Highly recommended!

Greater than one weekSeems to be well made and capable of doing what it is designed for. So far, have only used it for post exercise cold compress and it is very cold indeed. I did only 4 stars and 3 for ease of use because when unpacked one of the 3 sections had no gel. Thankfully the section separations are partial so, although very challenging, I was able to push gel into the empty section. I am beginning therapy for a broken arm and have use of only one hand, that is the left one, mostly unused prior to now needing to do everything on its own. So would be nice if these arrived with the gel where it should be, but can be corrected if you have two working hands.

> 3 dayThis product arrived on time and securely packed. I used it today for the first time after a hard session on my bike. It worked really well and having been in my freezer overnight, it was COLD and helped my old, battered muscles very much. Despite being in the freezer, it retained its shape and was very easy to use. I have yet to use it as a heating pad but I have a separate and larger hear pad for that purpose. It was also a decent price and I would recommend it to any in need of very effective ice packs.

> 3 dayThe ice pack is divided into three sections with gel inside of each section, however, one of the sections has much less gel than the other ones. Still usable, but should be even.
