> 24 hourIt’s a good quality product. It’s just kind of expensive for a cheap piece of plastic. But the rgb works great!

> 24 hourSo, a bit of back story. I purchased this for the first time from GS almost a year ago. It is nice and heavy, the usb ports are easily accessible and the chroma looks slick. Fast forward a few months, and I upgraded to Windows 11. All of a sudden it stops working completely, no power, no connection, nothing. I uninstalled the software, ran a detection tool provided by Razer, went through all the steps to get it to work. Nothing. Went to Razer support. Had me repeat all of the steps with the same result. Finally agreed it had to be a hardware issue, but since I did not have a PDF of my original receipt from GS I was out of luck. I decided to just go ahead and buy a new one through amazon.

> 24 hourVery cute!! Absolutely love the pink color but also very practical. I can charge my phone while on my PC and have a safe spot to hang my headset. The ideal product for a small desk, keeps my desk space from looking cluttered.

> 24 hourHad this stand since July 2020, and noticed it stopped being read by the Synapse 3 software. In trying to troubleshoot why it was not being detected in Synapse 3, I made the mistake of unplugging the stand, and then plugging it back in and the lights never came back on, nor is it being detected by Synapse 3. I do not understand why this stand has such high reviews, when I cannot find any support for this issue from Razer, even though it is apparently a common issue for the stand to stop working. A complete waste of $60.
