Razer Base Station V2 Headphone Stand Chroma: RGB Lighting - USB Charging – 3.5mm Port with Built-in DAC - Classic Black

Razer is my boyfriends go to for gaming he absolutely loved the stand. The three USB charging outlets are great. The only thing that we noticed was that the only way you can get it to stay one colour is to have it plugged into a pc which don’t work for his set up but he still loved it.

Does what it says. A nice peice to match my white theme. Bright nice rgb.

Love the built in audio card. the rgb is ok if you car about that sort of thing. would have liked at least one more usb port, maybe a c type.

This usb dock works great but since it is not a powered usb dock you can only plug one mechanical hard drive into it at a time. Keep in mind that between the 3 ports you can only use a max of 1 amp if plugging this dock into a standard usb 3.0 port on a computer.

So let’s start out with a few quick facts/disclaimers: this is my very first Razer item, I didnt exactly know what to expect besides that a lot of the YouTube’s I’m subscribed to use their products as well as online friends so I had high expectations at the same time. I do not have a gaming PC therefore I can’t utilize this to its pull potential by any means. I got it purely for aesthetic if I’m being honest since most of my gaming / pc stuff is black and pink already I thought it would match and it had pretty lights. Now that that’s out of the way let’s get cracking.

Im wasnt really expecting much. I got the Kraken headphones for my birthday this year and love the Razer product from my experience with those. I liked the idea A LOT of having a matching stand for my headset, so it was an easy leap to purchase the Chroma Base Station.

Something that really bugs me about this dang stand is the Razer Synapse setup doesnt work all the time. Sometimes I have to completely close out it out and re-open it for the stand to synch with my keyboard and mouse. Its a pretty minor thing but very noticeable. Ive also noticed that the auto light shutoff without activity doesnt work at all with the rest of my devices. Go figure.....
