Rain Design 10032 mStand Laptop Stand, Silver (Patented)

Just wished I would have discovered this sooner. It’s a perfect addition to my computer station. Strong, sturdy and excellent workmanship.

I love this stand! I cant believe I hadnt bought it LONG ago. Ive been using books, pillows, lap desks to prop up my laptop - which dont help by the way. I wish I could take this everywhere I take my laptop, but I just use it at my home desk. Very sturdy!

After looking at a number of laptop stands for my 13in MBP, this one stood out. I was a little hesitant to buy a mere laptop stand for $50, but after looking at all the usual suspects from Fellowes and Logitech, this seemed to be the best alternative. Sturdy aluminum construction, minimalist design, and thoughtful features, such as a cutout for the MBP front lip opening, make it worth it.

GOOD: The mStand raises my 15 MacBook Pro to the same eye level as my 22 LCD external monitor, has good aesthetics with or without the laptop present, acts as a heat sink, and gives me space underneath for laptop accessories such as USB hub, charger, card reader, etc. It is perfect for a solitary laptop with no external monitor. Cheaper via Amazon than Rains own webpage or anywhere else.

Wow. I really dont know how I ever worked without this thing. This is a great product and is such a perfect fit for my macbook pro.

It is kind of heavy and hard to pack in a suitcase, but it is the only stand I have ever found that holds my laptop at the right height. Works on my lap, works on a desk with an external keyboard and mouse. Elegant simple design, unbreakable, and does exactly what it is supposed to do- a rarity these days. I am buying a second one for my partner.
